Chapter 88: Furious Odin!

---

"I was hunted down by the Destroyer Armor as soon as I got to Germany! After fighting it for a long time, you guys had already left! Then I was chased by the armor all the way from Germany to New York!"

"Well, that's tough luck for you."

"Big villain!"

The two walked down the street, eating all kinds of delicious food and playing all sorts of games. After about two hours, Lorien checked the time. It was almost noon, so he decided to take little Hela grocery shopping. Once they finished, they headed straight home.

*Drip~click~*

As soon as Lorien opened the door, little Hela hid behind his waist.

"Lorien! You're back!" Wanda exclaimed, happily trotting over to greet him. But then she noticed the little girl with green hair hiding behind Lorien. "Lorien, is that...?"

"You've met her before," Lorien replied, pulling little Hela out from behind him. "She went to Deguo with you yesterday. This is Hela."

"Huh?" Wanda was stunned. She gestured with her hands, "But yesterday, Hela was all leather, all sharp edges. Now she's..."

Just as Wanda was about to continue, Hela tried to speak up.

"B—!"

"Huh?" Lorien made a noise and pretended to look in the grocery basket. "Did we forget something?"

"Let me check." Wanda leaned in to inspect the groceries.

Hela: ...

Little Hela pouted. If he didn't want her to talk, fine. Why was he so fierce?

"Everything's here. Let's go in and make lunch," Wanda confirmed after checking the groceries. The three of them entered the house, with little Hela trailing behind in her new boots that Lorien had bought for her.

"Wait," Lorien said, grabbing little Hela by the hair and pulling her back. He pointed to the slippers by the door. "Change your shoes before going in."

"Mou~" Little Hela pouted, but obediently took off her little boots, revealing her delicate feet, where blue veins were visible. She then slipped into some oversized slippers.

*Pa-ta~Pa-ta~*

The heels of the slippers clicked against the floor as she walked. Lorien snapped his fingers, and the slippers shrank to fit her feet perfectly.

"Little Hela, those will be your slippers from now on."

Little Hela looked down at the pink slippers and then smiled, still pouting. "Who cares, hum~!"

Lorien carried the groceries into the kitchen, and Wanda followed to help. Once the door was closed, she giggled. "She's so funny when she's small. She tries to be stubborn but still behaves so obediently. So cute~"

Wanda suddenly felt a bit maternal. Little Hela was so small and adorable, like the perfect little princess. She couldn't help but admit that the Asgardian royal bloodline was strong. Thor was handsome, Frigga had been the most beautiful woman in the Nine Realms, and now Hela, in her loli form, was utterly exquisite.

But Lorien reminded her, "Her personality and emotional intelligence may have regressed to that of a child, but her IQ hasn't changed. Don't lie to her."

"What would I lie to her about?" Wanda rolled her eyes and continued helping with the food preparation. "I just think... it would be nice to have a little girl like Hela."

As Wanda said this, she shot a glance at Lorien. He could feel what she was hinting at—maybe in the future, when everything was stable, they could have a daughter.

But he decided to joke first. "What, you want to adopt Hela as your daughter?"

*Slap~!*

As soon as he said it, Lorien felt Wanda's small punches on his arm.

"Okay, okay, I get it." Lorien caught Wanda's hand, pulling her close. "When we're stable, we can think about having a daughter."

"Hmm~!" Wanda hugged him happily and gave him a kiss. They then returned to cooking.

Meanwhile, little Hela, who was lying on the sofa watching TV, pouted. She knew exactly what was going on in the kitchen. Even without her divine power, Hela's abilities were still top-tier on Earth. She wasn't some weakling. So, she let out a "huh~!" and continued watching TV.

Half an hour later, the smell of food wafted through the air. Little Hela's nose twitched as she sniffed the air.

*Suck ~ suck ~*

The delicious aroma made her sit up instantly. In a flash, she was at the kitchen door, waiting expectantly. When Lorien and Wanda emerged with the dishes, her eyes lit up.

"Oh~~~" she exclaimed. "What is this? I've never smelled anything this good in Asgard!"

Lorien set the dishes down, smiling. "You Asgardians have no taste when it comes to food."

Hela wanted to retort, but found no good reason to argue, so she decided to sit down at the table. She and Wanda each took a bite and simultaneously let out an "um~~~" of satisfaction. Finally, little Hela nodded in agreement.

"Asgardians really do know nothing about good food."

Wanda chuckled and playfully tapped Hela on the head. "Children shouldn't swear."

"I'm not a child!" Hela protested, looking at Wanda before glaring at Lorien, who was eating quietly. But when Lorien glanced back at her, she quickly deflated. "Forget it, as long as you're happy."

Even gods have to bow their heads when under someone else's roof, and that included Hela. But now, at Lorien's house, she had to behave.

After finishing their meal, everyone leaned back in their chairs, resting and chatting. Lorien glanced at the dishes on the table and then at Hela.

"Little Hela, you can do the dishes."

"Ah!?" Hela's eyes widened. "Why? I never did the dishes in Asgard!"

"But you're at my house now," Lorien replied with a flick of his fingers. "You didn't do anything to help, and you expect not to do the dishes? Nice try."

"Ah..." Hela's face twisted into a pout, looking utterly pitiful. Wanda couldn't resist her cuteness and patted her head.

"Let's go, little Hela. I'll wash the dishes with you."

Hearing that someone would help, Hela was more accepting. She immediately stood up and followed Wanda into the kitchen.

Watching the two of them—one big and one small—moving in and out of the kitchen, Lorien nodded in satisfaction. He wasn't raising a daughter-in-law for free; she had to do her part.

Meanwhile, back in the Nine Realms, at Asgard...

Odin was raging in the temple.

"Phoenix Force! Phoenix Force!"

"How dare you attack my armor?! And Hela!"

"No matter where you are, this time I will ensure your demise!"

The loss of his strongest armor left Odin seething with anger. It wasn't just any armor—when worn, it increased his strength by at least 30%. In the past, he had even used it to repel the Celestial Group!

But now, the armor was gone. The loss was so great that Odin could barely breathe.

"Heimdall!" Odin called out, and after a moment, Heimdall entered, bowing his head.

Odin gave his order angrily, "Spy on Midgard for me! Let me know if you find any trace of the Phoenix Force or Hela! I will personally descend to ensure their death!"
