Come here, come and see...." I shouted while jumping on my bed "what happened? What's wrong?" Mom asked hurrying into my room with dad beside her. "Honey what's wrong?" Dad asked calmly as jumped down and handed my laptop over to dad to read what's on the screen.Its an email from HARVARD.

It's a pleasure to inform you that you have been considered to partake in the scholarship for scholars 2024/25 competition. You have successfully passed the first stage out of three, the next stage is the candidate interview at any Harvard centre all over the world. After you'll be sitting for the Harvard highschool scholarship for scholars exams.
The interview will be taking place a week from now on 25th of June 2024, at any Harvard centre in the world. Your centre address would be sent to you immediately you check this message.

I'm Williams Adeoluwakiishi AKA Kiishi, 13 yrs of age graduated junior high two months ago and is now pursuing a scholarship into Harvard highschool.
I'm the only child after the unfortunate death of my elder brother Ifeoluwa 7 yrs ago. I live with my parents In Lagos Nigeria. They both work tirelessly and even take shifts just to cater for me, this is more of the reasons why I need that scholarship to ease their stress.
Mom's a teacher, dad an engineer. While I want to become and economist, my loved ones say I should go for mathematics becos no bragging but I'm a genius in that field but I stick with economics.
THREE WEEKS LATER
I had received another email from Harvard and I had passed the second stage and I'm now at the airport to USA to take the exams.
"Bye my love, I'll miss u so much" mom said squeezing me in a tight hug like I'm getting married or something. " Mom u'll hv to let go or I'll miss my flight" I released my self from the hug as I waved them bye and boarded my plane. I must say while on the plane I had mixed feelings as in what if I end up failing my exams what will I do? But I had gone this far no turning back now. It took me Twelve hours before I finally got to Boston airport, so I boarded a cab which took me to Harvard.
On getting there I fell in love with my first glimps of the school as it screamed nothing but royalty and wealth. It looked so majestically beautiful to look at. I got of the cab and stepped into the building and something to me 'this is where I belong' I followed my instincts which led me to the admin office on my way there I saw students putting on their uniforms which looked breathtaking on them and I knew it would also suit me too.
I wasn't shocked by the humongous classy yet simple arrangement of the office, I expected it judging from the whole school it self. I knocked, and a friendly voice said"come in" I entered to meet an average aged woman sitted Infront on a computer with her head buried into it. " Good afternoon ma'am." I greeted as she offered me a sit. " I'm Kiishi and I'm here for the scholarship exams" I introduced as she scrolled through her screen. "Ohh, Miss. Kiishi Williams, a candidate from Nigeria took the interview last week at Lagos high land Lekki, and is to be taking her exams tomorrow 22nd of July 2024 right?" She said reading from her screen. "Yes ma'am" I replied. " Ok so u'll be spending the night in one of the empty girls hostel, as ur exams are tomorrow. I'll summon someone to lead u to where u're spending the night" she said trying to reach someone on a cellular phone. Few mins later, a man entered and he took me to the hostel room.
