*creek* a door makes a creak as a woman with blonde hair and a petite structure makes her way through the dimly lit bedroom

"Miss, your breakfast is ready" she said while bowing her head obviously scared

"I'll be down in a minute " a rasp voice replied

"I'll be out of your hair now miss" the woman then makes her way out of the room hurriedly

*Hghhg* Lori said as she gets down the kingsized bed willingly while putting on her slippers which was placed neatly beside the foot of her bed. She then turned on the lights of the bathroom and entered

*Shhhh* the shower sounded as the water started to flow.Then it is put off and Lori makes her way to the bedroom wearing a robe which showed all her features

She was obviously a beautiful girl with dark shiny hair and a round face which complimented her blue eyes

*Woosh* She opens the long wide curtains which were coveriing the windows and preventing light from entering

"What to wear?"Lori thought to herself as she stepped into her walk-in closet

She then picks up a blue top and looks at it inquisitively before putting it on, she picks a white mini skirt which shows off her long and tanned legs which every men adored

*Brrr*her tummy suddenly rumbles loudly as she makes her way towrds the stairs which led down to the dining room

"Welcome miss, your father is waiting for you by the dining room " another woman who was wearing the same attire as the woman who came to inform Lori of her breakfast said as she tried to balance the bowls of rice on her hands

Lori then makes her way to the finely furnished large dining area which had more than enough chairs than they ever needed. Lori's father 'Joshua' was seen seated at the front of the table already eating his meal

"Good morning father" Lori said as she took a seat next to her father

"I didn't think you would come home last night" Joshua said while adjusting his glasses to get a better look of Lori

He was obviously past his prime age , wearing glasses and having some strands of grey hair. Still, he was dressed like a young man wearing a fitted black top and suit , a leather trouser and boots. He had his briefcase on the chair beside him , which let on that he would be going to work soon

"Well, Jana dropped me off earlier at midnight and I didn't want to wake you" Lori said as she took a bite of the rice

"Very well, I'm off to work now. Do you need a ride?" Joshua asked as he stood up from his seat carrying his briefcase along

"Yes actually. I just need to go get my purse from upstairs" Lori said as she leaves her half-eaten meal and hurries up the stairs

*Honk honk* a black limo downstairs makes honking noises

"Coming!!" Lori shouted from her room window"

She then opens the car door and steps in , seating on the white leather soft seats

" Where's your stop" Joshua asks as he manoeuvres his way on the streets

"School please" Lori said while sipping on some juice from the fitted bar in the limo

"Here we are" Joshua said as he comes to a stop in front of a large prestigious building with a huge crest made of gold at its top

"Bye dad" Lori said as she steps down from the limo and makes her way into the building while making occasional glances at the back to see if her father had driven off

"Time to begin a new term" Lori sighed as she thought to herself while setting foot into the entering area
