Even though I couldn't believe I was doing this, I waited for the mystery girl around the outlet to try to convince her to come with me to Montana. I didn't know why I was so self conscious or embarrassed, but something deep down in me told me this was a bad idea.
Twenty minutes past and I was tired, but I was fine enough you keep waiting. Then another fifteen minutes passed and I was starting to get tired.
Maybe I could just use my new found summoning powers on my own and do what I can to try to get back to home and fix everything that I had broken. But at the same time something about this plan seemed right, like it was the right thing to do.
So eventually I got tired of pacing back in forth in the same spot, so I began to walk over to the Witch Shop.
From behind me I heard a woman screamed and people starting to run, and when I turned around I knew exactly why. Trackers. And they were in broad daylight?
I was starting to get the sense that the council was starting to not care anymore of how they found me, and pretty soon? They would want me dead more than they wanted me captive.
I took a deep breath as I started to summon some spirits, but as some of the people who were running away from the grim looking, shadowy creatures, they stopped and looked.
I let out a deep sigh.
It wasn't the right time.
Next thing you know I was running full speed out of the outlet and away from all the innocent bystanders. It was different today. I want to lure the trackers away this time.
This time I wanted to fight.
