Around her, the defenders were regrouping, tending to the wounded, and fortifying their positions against the lingering threat of shadows.
As she rose to her feet, Kirin approached, his brow furrowed with concern. "Are you alright?" he asked, gently resting a hand on her shoulder.
"I will be," she replied, forcing a smile. "Just... gathering my thoughts. I can't shake the feeling that this isn't over."
Kirin nodded, his gaze drifting toward the horizon where dark clouds still loomed, remnants of the storm Nyx had summoned. "We need to prepare. If there's anything left of Nyx's forces, they'll be regrouping. We can't afford to let our guard down."
