On this plane, the landscape was only filled with sand.
The creatures living here were residing in earth holes, their eyes were blind, but their hearing was enhanced significantly. Their skin was smooth without a hair; the sand that was carried by the wind wouldn't stick to them.
In the sky were no sun, no moon, but an unimaginable number of stars—the aurora dancing beautifully, not that anyone was able to appreciate it.
To protect their ears from the sand, they were longer, hanging down, reminding of a rabbit from earth, but there was no fur on their bodies.
The holes, where maybe eyes had been generations ago, had just a dark substance in them.
