Chapter 31 - 31. Gaps

The girl purred at him,

"Hi handsome, do you like them?" She squeezed her breasts together, and the picture was really beautiful.

She landed on his lap and he felt an instant aversion. It didn't feel right; he hadn't pictured his first time like this. He didn't want this.

But he held himself back.

'Look at her breasts; she looks so good that you immediately got an erection. Fuck her, be a man and fuck her.'

After making herself at home on his lap, she snaked one arm around his neck, coming closer, while the other grabbed his hand, fortunately not the one with the broken finger, and guided it to her breasts.

Being a boy, he should have very much looked forward to it, but he didn't.

When she squeezed their hands overlapping her breast, he could feel the breast implants, and he reflexively sprang up, throwing her unintentionally onto the floor. The other brothers glared at him, and Lance immediately helped her up.

"I'm sorry, I can't do this." He made sure that she was okay and ran out of the strip club as if he were being chased, but he entered again shortly to pay their bill as an apology for everything.

When Bayu came back and saw the girl sitting there, annoyed with no boy in sight, he chuckled.

"Ran away, that brat?"

Lance wandered around aimlessly again. He thought of going home, but he just could not face Paige. She mentioned that she had not told him the stuff unsuited for him and thought that the drug thing was already bad enough. Never in his dreams had he imagined that this had happened.

And Paige read about this; she surely pictured him in this kind of compromised position. He just could never go back there again.

Maybe he should start a new life somewhere else, better than being a slave to the system.

Sure, he liked Paige as an acquaintance, but he knew she was not responsible for him.

He went by a clothing store and stopped.

'Ah right,' he was still in his school uniform. And that fucked-up t-shirt. He laughed at that thought; it felt like this was another life ago.

He went inside and purchased a black t-shirt without a slogan, as he had given up on communicating with the world and light blue jeans.

Maybe he had somewhere the tiny hope that Paige would check his credit card records and find him.

Being now newly clothed but still with his beloved bright blue sneakers, he walked out of the store. He threw his school uniform in the garbage he passed by.

He went back again to the club, to the moldy second floor, the place where he belonged.

The next day, after having some messy dreams he couldn't recall, he was determined to kill the people responsible for this mess. But he had no idea who they were, so his last chance was Jace.

He went to a small shop, purchasing a cap, and waited after school ended. He didn't look for Paige, just that his eyes wandered reflexively over girls who looked like her. But she was not there.

Finally seeing Jace, he followed him back to his house. Paige said that his parents lived in M City at Rosemary Street something, while at this moment they were in S-City.

So he didn't think Jace lived with his parents.

He entered a high-end apartment just a few minutes away from school, near Paige and his home.

Before the elevator door closed, he rushed in.

"Hi, Jace." He smiled and put the cap down while running his hand through his hair.

Jace was shell shocked.

"What are you doing here??" He asked.

"You don't live with our parents, right?" he had to make sure.

"No." Jace looked at him while on guard.

"I want you to tell me who the people you spoke of yesterday were so I can get back at them."

Jace was instantly alarmed.

"No, I won't kill them." Probably Lance wouldn't, anyway.

"Why don't you remember?"

"I have a few memory gaps." He had to give Jace something, and this was the best he could come up with.

"So, you don't remember Tasha?"

"Who?" Lance asked cluelessly.

"Tasha? Natasha?" Jace was nearly losing his mind.
