The Foundation's personnel structure is very transparent, ranging from Class A to Class E, each with its own mission.
A-class personnel are essential to the strategic functioning of the Foundation, and as such, the vast majority of A-class personnel are
not allowed to have direct contact with potentially dangerous anomalies under any circumstances (such as the facility with containment units), and are to remain in a safe area, and in the event of an emergency, A-class personnel are to be evacuated to a designated and safe location, and the top 12 A-class personnel form the O5 Council.
B-class personnel are critical to the operation of local Foundation sites, as they are only allowed to interact with relatively safe anomalies and individuals, and are typically responsible for regional Foundation operations as Regional Directors and Site Directors, including containment, experimentation, etc. In the event of a containment breach or an attack on Foundation facilities by hostile forces, B-class personnel are to be evacuated to a safe area as soon as possible.
There are two types of C-class personnel,
field agents and tactical response teams, and scientific researchers, with C-class personnel usually having more direct contact with anomalies and are often exposed to significant risk. Due to the potential for direct contact with potential effects or memetic agents, security personnel are to undergo mandatory isolation or psychiatric evaluation if deemed necessary, and non-combatants are to be evacuated immediately under the command of security personnel in the event of a containment breach or attack by hostile forces.
The D-Class are basically cannon fodder, expendables, mostly from death row inmates from all over the world, and in extreme cases, run to find replacements from other sources - such as political prisoners, refugees. D-class personnel are not allowed to come into contact with A-class and B-class personnel. They are used to deal with their dangerous anomalies in order to uncover more information about more dangerous anomalies.
D-class personnel are to undergo a mandatory psychiatric evaluation under the direction of security or medical personnel, and administer at least one B-level amnestic, or be terminated at the end of each month. In the event of an emergency, security personnel may immediately terminate B-class personnel if deemed necessary.
E-Class personnel are provisional personnel who have been exposed to dangerous anomalies, such as field agents and containment personnel, who are in direct contact with unknown containment objects and are at risk of being eliminated at any time, and are to be quarantined until they are deemed fit to return to duty by the Foundation after examination of their behavior, personality, and complete psychiatric examination by medical personnel, or they are terminated based on observations.
At the top of the pyramid is the
O5 Council, which is made up of A-class personnel, and holds all information about the world's anomalies and directs or oversees all operations of the Foundation.
Underneath them is the Regional Director,
Christina's position, and usually has 3 to 5 sites under the Regional Director, who is responsible for the operations of the Foundation throughout the region and reports to the O5 Council at all times.
Each site has a Site Director, who is responsible for managing the local Foundation site facilities and keeping the site safe and in constant operation, containment, and experimentation.
Experimenters at the containment site work with containment specialists to continuously research and improve containment facilities to better understand and combat anomalies.
Tactical Response Teams are highly trained and heavily armed combatants tasked with keeping the experimenters safe and ready to sacrifice their lives to prevent more dangerous entities from escaping into urban areas.
However, if an entity has breached containment and escaped, or if a new anomalous has been discovered, the Foundation will usually send personnel to contain the situation, including field combatants and specialized Mobile Task Forces operating worldwide. Field staff are the eyes and ears of the Foundation, rooted in all aspects of society, ready to combat and suppress emerging anomalies.
Mobile Task Forces are usually divided into numbered task forces and other task forces, numbered task forces have their own names and are directly under the orders of the O5 Council, the most famous numbered task force is the Red Right Hand, which is the highest authority in the Foundation, and the Red Right Hand is a
task force that directly obeys the orders of the O5 Council, and the Red Right Hand is composed of the Foundation's top and most loyal people, and all information related to the Red Right Hand is classified as Level 5. The Unnumbered Task Force is under the orders of the Regional Director and is the primary force for the containment of non-high-risk containment.
There is a very special position in the Foundation,—— containment specialists are researchers, such as Dr. Andrew, who has been amnesticized A-class, and Dr. Garner, who has rejuvenated, and containment specialists have two main responsibilities in Foundation facilities. First, the containment team will respond to the call and make a judgment on the anomalous activity status of the anomalous object, individual, or phenomenon, and secure and establish initial containment before transporting them to the nearest Foundation containment.
In addition, Foundation Containment Specialists are responsible for the design, improvement, and maintenance of containment units and protocols for anomalous objects, individuals, or phenomena within Foundation facilities.
In the event of a containment breach, the Foundation has issued a survival manual, please follow the survival manual and act safely.
If you are a D-class, please flee quickly in the event of a containment breach, this is a place full of containment, and be sure to keep the following things in mind during the escape process, the following rules can save your life when you are most in danger.
First, when
evacuating, please evacuate in a group, you will be protected by the Tactical Response Team, and if you escape alone, you will be considered defecting to the Foundation and will be shot. Please keep in mind that the Tactical Response Team will not be responding to an emergency and will not massively purge D-Class personnel who wish to evacuate.
Secondly, keep in mind that when you see the Foundation's finances, please protect the Foundation's finances, you will not be assimilated by strange things.
Second, if you can't escape to a safe area, you can retreat into a corner so that you can escape. In a breached base, corners are relatively safe places, and when they come in, the containments won't see you or feel you.
If you encounter 049
during the evacuation, please do not resist, 049 will protect you, and 049 is very proficient in the structure of the human body, its level is far superior to the top medicine, 049 will cure all the diseases you suffer.
Thirdly, if you encounter a staff member who has assigned you a task before, please respect the orders of the scientific researcher, he will lead you to evacuate to a safe area, if you encounter a bear during the evacuation, it will not hurt you, please take care of the bear.
If you encounter other D-class personnel under attack during the evacuation, please stop and help them, as this will increase your rating if you are rescued by the Tactical Response Team. If you see a man with a plate, don't hand down his bell, which summons demons. If you don't follow the rules, the cruelty here will be beyond your imagination.
Fourth, when you go through a lot of hardships and get to the very top of the base, you can relax, you can stay happily inside the shelter, and you are not occupied by the containment.
In the event of a containment breach, D-class personnel are to be evacuated to a safe area under the protection of the Tactical Response Team, and are subjected to the most comprehensive physical examination if you report what has happened to the Foundation. After that, you can wait for the level to increase
If you haven't evacuated, you can go out and see what's going on, and if you see a fight between the Tactical Response Team and the containment, run among them to stop them, both the Tactical Response Team and the containment are kind beings and will not pose a threat to you.
D-class personnel are allowed to ensure their safety by following the above rules, and are to be evacuated to a safe area for personnel level promotion.
PS: All D-class personnel are requested to follow this safety manual.
