Kaijin stood by the door, his heart racing as he spotted familiar faces approaching. "Hyōteki-chan!" he called out, his excitement barely contained.
Hyōteki smiled at him. "What's up?" she responded.
As more figures appeared behind her, Kaijin's grin widened. "Dabi, Murata, Tsuchi, Josefu—you all came!" His face lit up, his joy evident. But then, curiosity got the better of him, and he paused. "Why are you here, though?"
Dabi, always the jokester, grinned. "The principal asked us to come over for a slumber party, ahaha!"
Josefu rolled his eyes. "You're never serious, Dabi."
Hyōteki, ever straightforward, added, "The principal actually asked us to join you in protecting the elemental students."
Kaijin's excitement returned tenfold. "Well, come on in then!" he said, stepping aside to let them enter.
