She rushed to the airport and headed straight to the hospital. Her friends arrived, We've been waiting for you. Please sign these papers." Handing her the documents, she scanned them quickly.
It was a surgery consent form, with only 1% chance of survival. Anger surged within her as she threw the papers on the ground, "What nonsense is this? Are you asking me to sign his death warrant? Where is the doctor? I need to speak with him!"
Approaching the doctor, she demanded, "How dare you suggest that we sign off on those papers ? "I want him alive. I don't know how you'll do it. If anything happens to him, I'll forget you're a doctor. And I'll turn this entire hospital into ashes, and you'll be the only one responsible."
Leaving the cabin, she reassured her friends, "I've talked to them. Everything will be fine." She left the hospital and sat by the river, where she wept silently.
Memories flooded back, questioning why this was happening, why now, why to him. The fear of losing him overwhelmed her, "If something happens to him, I won't be able to live."
The next day, Zara visited the hospital, where her friend Rihan urged her to sign documents for Nadeem. "Zara, please sign these papers. If you don't, something might happen to Nadeem." Tearfully, Zara replied, "You do it, I can't. I don't have the strength." Despite Rihan's repeated insistence, Zara reluctantly signed the papers.
The doctor informed them that Nadeem's operation was scheduled for the next week.
After a week passed,
Rihan called Zara anxiously, reminding her of Nadeem's operation. Zara pleaded, "Please don't force me, I can't bear to see it." She abruptly ended the call.
Six hours later,
Rihan called again. Zara hesitated before answering, fearing the worst. Rihan informed her that the operation was successful, but Nadeem was still in a coma.
Zara burst into the hospital, her anxiety and worry evident on her face. She rushed to the doctor's side and grabbed his collar, her eyes blazing with anger.
"I told you, you should have cured him," she exclaimed, her voice trembling with emotion. "Why is he still in a coma? "
The doctor, taken aback by Zara's outburst, took a step back, his eyes wide with fear. "Wait, please calm down," he stammered. "You're also a doctor, and you know that sometimes patients remain in a coma even after the operation."
But Zara was beyond consolation. Her anger and frustration boiled over, and she snapped at the doctor. "Don't teach me, I know what I'm talking about. I just know that Nadeem is different from all of them."
Just as it seemed like the situation was about to escalate further, Rihan and Ayeza arrived on the scene. They quickly intervened, placing calming hands on Zara's shoulders.
"Zara, everything will be okay," Rihan soothed. Please calm down, and don't get angry.
Ayeza added, "Yes, Zara, please don't worry. We're all here for you. Nadeem will get better, and everything will go back to normal."
Desperate for Nadeem to wake up, Zara rushes to Nadeem's bedside, pleading desperately, Nadeem, please wake up. Just say my Angel, I am fine. I can't bear to live without you. Please wake up. Her friends comforted her and suggested her to rest.
Later that night, Zara receives a call from her sister-in-law, asking how she is. She insists Zara must come home for a family function, emphasizing her importance. Zara asks Rihan to take care of Nadeem in her absence, and the next day, she returns to India.
Zara arrives home only to discover that the function is scheduled for the evening. Her mother-in-law hands her a dress, and Zara gets ready before heading to the venue. Upon arrival, she spots Aarish and approaches him.
"Zara, what are you doing here? You're always so busy with work. What brought you here today?" Aarish asks, getting disappointed by her presence.
Ignoring her, Aarish walks away. Onstage, he announces, "Let's welcome our new shareholder, Ishaan Aziz." A young, well-suited man makes his entrance, capturing everyone's attention.
Zara was struck with shock as she looked at him. With a broken glass in her hand, she inadvertently cut herself, and as blood flowed, she fled the party.
Walking along a deserted road in the pouring rain, her hand dripping with blood, she sat down in the middle of the road and began to cry, wondering why he had come and who he wanted to take away now.
She sat there, drenched in the rain, lost in her thoughts. After some time, she came across Maariya, who was asleep. Seeing Maariya, Zara exclaimed that no one could separate her from her Maariya and went into another room.
It was then that the caretaker noticed Zara's hand, filled with blood, and her soaked appearance. The caretaker approached, asking if she was alright and insisting on bandaging her hand.
Zara, filled with anger, initially refused, but the caretaker forcefully bandaged her hand and provided dry clothes, urging her to change. Her words of caution struck a chord with Zara, reminding her of the precious life she held in her hands. Reflecting on the caretaker's wisdom, Zara vowed to confront her assailant and protect Maariya at all costs.
On the following day, Zara meticulously prepared all the necessary documents and made her way to Aarish's company. As she pushed open the door to Aarish's cabin, her eyes fell upon Ishaan, who was unexpectedly present. She was about to retreat when Ishaan halted her, questioning why she was leaving so soon and suggesting her to come inside. Aarish observed the scene and intervened, instructing Zara to wait in the waiting room as they were occupied.
Later, Aarish approached her, asking what she wanted to discuss, to which Zara handed him papers to cancel the contract. Aarish hesitated, emphasizing the separation of business and personal matters and highlighting the potential financial loss if the contract were terminated. Zara remained firm, stating that Aarish had to choose between her and their supposed new business partner. Aarish, perplexed, requested time to think.
With a deadline looming, Aarish found himself at a loss. In a surprising turn, Ishaan offered a solution, advising Aarish to cancel his contract first, ensuring she wouldn't cancel theirs in retaliation. Aarish followed the advice, and Zara didn't cancel the contract, leaving Aarish stunned.
Confronting Ishaan, Aarish questioned his motives, feeling betrayed by Zara's actions. Ishaan remained enigmatic, urging Aarish to seek answers from Zara herself.
That evening, Aarish returned home to find Zara packing. Overwhelmed with regret, he pleaded for her to stay, promising to fulfill her every wish. Zara reassured him, revealing that her departure was for a business trip, not to leave him. Relieved, Aarish pledged his devotion.
Aarish says, 'Don't even think about leaving, Zara. I am yours. You have to take my responsibility.' He was about to get close to Zara when she stepped back and said she had to go to the hospital for an operation and left. Aarish wonders, 'Why does she show so much love to everyone else, but why does she treat me like this? I always end up sleeping alone at night.
Zara leaves for a business trip, travels to France, and, after investigating, encounters four guys who were involved in Meera's accident. Zara encountered them on the spot, but some people saw her, and the French police started following her. When they realize Zara is an Interpol officer, they release her. Back in India, Zara investigates and suspects that the same people were involved in Nadeem's accidents.
Soon after, Aarish called Zara to his office, where she found Ishaan present as well. Zara questioned Aarish's reason for calling her. Aarish revealed that Mr. Ishaan's company wanted to contract with Zara. However, Zara declined the offer, stating she had no intention of partnering with them.
Just as she's about to leave, Ishaan remarks to her, "You did a great job dealing with those four guys yesterday. Your skills are still impressive ."
Zara replies, "What are you talking about? and looks towards Aarish. Then Ishaan reminds her, "My cotton candy, you used to be with RAW. We worked together for a year, on so many missions. You were our team's sharpshooter. And now that you've joined Interpol, you seem to have forgotten all about our past."
Zara retorts, "Yes, I might have forgotten everything, but your arrival just brought back memories of how you killed Meera in cold blood. I haven't forgotten that. How does it feel, Ishaan, as I slowly take down each of your partners? The day I found out your partners murdered Meera and fled to different countries, I decided I would personally end them. I've already taken care of 35 of them. Only some remain, including you. I might consider sparing you, but remember, if anything happens to my friends because of yours, I won't hesitate to come after you." With that, Zara walks away.
Then, in the evening, Zara was on the phone with Rihan , informing her that he had returned. Zara wondered why he had come back and feared . Just then, Aarish arrived, and Zara abruptly ended the call. Aarish, sensing something amiss, pressed Zara to reveal what was going on, but Zara remained silent. Finally, Aarish implored her to tell him the truth. Zara hesitated for a moment before offering to take him somewhere to explain everything.
