4:17 PM • Main Desk After signing the official documents and transcripts, Darling was given her leather case, containing her PA Tablet, books, and educational materials to take home. "The school limousine will be in a minute to pick you up", Daniels informed. "Thank you again for the tour and I'm sorry for that insensitive awkward question earlier", Darling humbled herself. "No. I appreciate the question. I do have to be impartial to my fellow students or else, what kind of Head Girl am I, right?" Daniels cackled. The tour guide and tourist shook hands, walked out from the main office, and once again into the vestibule. Darling noticed that the students were already exiting through the main gate. One of Daniels' friends rushed out the lobby calling for her which startled both Darling and Daniels. "Matthew's having a ruckus with Yvannia in the pentagram and it's about to get ugly-er", her friend informed. Martina sighed in frustration as she asked Darling to stay in the vestibule and wait for her to come back. Darling, who was overly curious, drops her leather case in the corner and sneakily follows them back to the pentagram. Darling watched as Matthew Daniels and Yvannia Alexandra threw slurs and insults at one another in front of the student body. The ones who did not care went on their way, but the ones who stayed, watched, and hoped the show would escalate into something more. The Head Girl now combined with the Head Boy of 11 were trying their best to ease the situation, but there was no luck. The ruckus between Daniels and Alexandra started when Matthew and his friends were downplaying Lucille's performance and her sisters at PE as they were about to exit. Yvannia came from the North Wing Building, heard every word, and finally stood up to them. That is how they found themselves in this predicament. Darling observed from the side, like a shadow . . . curious if Matthew Daniels is as intimidated by the Hybrids as his cousin is and projects it as hate. Alternatively, is he simply aware of Hybrids' power? Did he fear them? Was Matthew exerting force and superiority in masking his fragile ego? Darling thought. "Enough! If the Dean and the Teachers get wind of this, you will both suffer the consequences and if this escalates into something more neither of you can control, we are not only talking about suspension here," Martina bargained, her voice raised, and firm. Darling grinned. Now that's a Head Girl. She praised. The two opposing players stood down, panting hard from releasing their furies. Leiyana Alexandra pulls Yvannia, "Let's go home", she said. Yvannia is pulled in by her sisters and was out the door when Matthew laughed nastily, "Freaks of nature like you don't belong here!" "Matthew stop it!" Martina commanded. "What? Everyone hates them. You hate them. I don't care if their dad is some big time detective, that is. . . do they even treat him like their dad?" Matthew laughed. The sisters stopped at the main entrance. Darling had already sneaked behind Martina and Matthew. She positioned herself on the far-right side. "For all we know, he's their slaves giving in to his every whim, haha. Man, if it were like that, I do not mind having some," he mockingly laughed. By this time, the students who found it funny laughed and joined in on Matthew's insults and retorts, but those who did not were disgusted, on both Daniels and the Sisters, giving them awry, flinching looks. Yvannia turns around, and her hazel brown eyes glow in distance. Her sisters held her down, "Keep talking to Daniels and you will find out,' she threatened. "Go on. Use your magic on me and it's bye bye Daddy," he countered. "But you know what? That would not it be so bad? You used your magic on me, your dad will be held responsible, he loses custody of his daughters." Martina flinched and cringed at the words coming out of her cousin's mouth. It was one of those days that she wanted to denounce him as family. She knew that her cousin was now out of line. She has to stop it somehow, or it might affect her reputation and authority as Head Girl. Nathali whispered eagerly to her sister, "Vanya, it's not worth it. He's doing it on purpose." Matthew created sobbing faces to further mock and rile up sisters. He laughed with his friends and made one final statement, "Hey, if you guys do get separated, don't worry, I know who I'll tell my parents to adopt", he grinned and fixed his sight on Lucille. At this moment, Darling belted out a snicker. At first, it was a soft, airy chuckle, a giggle that turned into a full blown laughter with palms aggressively smacking, echoing. It silenced the spectators in the hall. Everyone turned their puzzled and berating looks on the laughing new girl. Matthew was perplexed. He eyed Martina and gave her a warning look, but she did not shift her place. The Head Girl was also startled by a mysterious reaction from Darling. Yvannia's glowing eyes fainted and the sisters were anticipating the new girl's next move. "Hey new girl, shut up! you are laughing like crazy," Matthew called it annoyed. Darling did, as she was told. She stopped laughing and smacking of hands, tilted her head, and smiled nicely at Matthew. Well that got them to stop, right?' Darling thought to herself. "Well, it got you to stop, right?" Darling grinned. Matthew scowled and Martina scolded him again. "This is none of your business new girl . . . unless you want to be thrown into the same bus as these freaks," Matthew smirked and chuckled. Darling rolled her eyes like there was no tomorrow, "Wow, impressive comeback", Darling applauded. "You'll be the next great Alpha of this Pack, bravo", she added sarcastically. "I'm not an Alpha–" "You don't say??" Darling gasped comically. Collective cackling and snickering echoed from the lobby to the far side of the hall, and even the sisters found it amusing. Matthew scowled, reacted with a clenched jaw and balled fists, "You're a new student here, know your place or I'll make you," his eyes popped a golden glow, which meant that he was on the verge of shifting. Darling raised her hands up, framing her chest, "Woah. You lash out on me in wolf form – " she paused. Darling shoved her hands in her front blazer pockets and strode at a slow heavy pace. She stood at 167 cm, adding her heeled leather platforms; she was now at least in face level with Matthew. Darling's eyes are pressed as she locks on Matthew's golden glowing ones. Her stare was cold and dark. "As I was saying. . . You lash out on me in wolf form . . . and I will make you regret it," she whispered ferociously. A deep vicious growl vibrated through Matthew's chest, his lips curl into a menacing smile, "Let's find out." "Matthew, enough", Martina tried to reach her cousin through the Chain but couldn't pierce through. "Aileen, stop taunting him, he could actually lash out on you", she pleaded. Matthew had given his Wolf Guardian permission to take over and yet he did not externalize as expected, as should be. Matthew and Aileen Darling stood center surrounded by students watching and anticipating their move. Puzzled by the sudden halt of events, Martina rushed to Matthew when anunlikely event happened. Matthew Daniels was uncontrollably pissing onto his trousers. Everyone gasped andand laughter followed, pointing at Matthew Daniels' leaking. Matthew who was still in trance striving to get his Wolf Guardian to surface had no sense of what was happening outside. "Matthew!" shouted Martina. This eventually pulled Matthew out of the trance. The glow of his eyes faded rapidly, returning to its original baby's blue. Only then did Matthew Daniels feel the cool wetness of his trousers sticking to his legs. It dawned on him that he had been standing immobile for a minute in the middle of the hall continuously urinating in his trousers while students and friends laugh at his horrid state. He tried to dash out, but he could not shift his legs, torso, or arms. He could only move from his neck upwards. He searched for the crowd and came to face the new girl. Her eyes glowed a threatening silver gray. Matthews eyes swelled, "You–You're one of them! A freak!" He shouted and the collective laughter instantly died down. Everyone turned genuinely slowly to Aileen Darling, whose eyes revealed her true personality.Unlike Werewolves who have a golden glow default, Warlock eyes glowed in their natural color. Martina gasped appalled by the revelation, "No. Way." Aileen glanced at Martina, "Sorry about that," she reached for the PA Tablet inside her blazer and handed it over to its rightful owner. Aileen Darling had magically swiped it from Martina earlier when the Head Girl got called back. Martina was reluctant, but took it either way. Wondering what was really happening and if any of it was real. She had pinched herself, and indeed it wasn't a dream. Darling faced immobile Matthew once again and finally relieved him of the cheap magic spell she had put him under. Darling anticipated that Matthew's was about to speak up so she talked over him immediately. "Shhh. Don't talk," she said. "If you're wondering . . . I'm putting you in your place. Never talk about my father and sisters like that. Especially the little one – " "Sisters?" Martina whispered and flipped her PA Tablet scrolling through her files. Aileen Darling glanced at Lucille and back at Matthew's solid-as-a-state and grinned, "–she's my favorite." Martina slapped her hand over her mouth while looking down her PA Tablet, "Harleen Alexandra," she read in a whisper. Harleen grinned, "Pleasure to meet you, Head Girl." Martina froze in her place, and so did everyone. This however was not the doing of Harleen Alexandra but the shock that sent electrical waves into everyone's brains as they try to process the events that had happened and that there was another Alexandra Hybrid sister who had disguised as Aileen Darling, who was never a real person, named Harleen. Harleen cackled and glanced at her sisters, particularly Yvannia whose amusement was evidently visible and the sole mastermind of this foolishly playful joke. "You were right Vanny, this was fun." she said.
