Cervini smiled at him reassuringly before entering the delivery room.
Time passed slowly as Daniel leaned against the wall in silence. Patrick and Oliver sat in chairs, both looking anxious.
Suddenly, chaotic footsteps echoed from the end of the corridor, and Jasper's calm face also showed signs of tension.
"Dad—" Oliver stood up and walked over to him.
"Has she given birth?" he asked.
"Not yet, she just went into the delivery room not long ago…" Oliver shook his head. Just as he finished speaking, a scream came from the delivery room, and he immediately fell silent in fear.
Daniel rushed to the door of the delivery room, wanting to break in, but the nurse inside saw him and hurriedly pushed him out.
"Hey, I said… can't you make it less painful for her?" he shouted at the nurse inside.
The people inside couldn't help but laugh at Daniel's frantic expression; this handsome guy really cared for his wife.
