3 years passed, and there were many changes in the village of Konoha, one of the main changes being the Uchiha Massacre, which ended with only one Uchiha remaining alive that being Sasuke Uchiha, the brother of the one who did the Massacre in the first place. That person's name was Itachi Uchiha.
Another change that happened was with the jinchūriki of the nine tails.
Throughout these three years, he had been trained by the Third Hokage, and what an amazing idea that was. The training proved successful and showed the Hokage Naruto's genius-level talent. Naruto's growth throughout the 3 years was immaculate, Hiruzen was confident that with all Naruto's abilities, he could at the least compete with high jonin or anbu-level Shinobi. But that was only what Hiruzen could see.
(Going to Naruto)
Naruto was currently in the academy waiting for his name to get called for the graduation test. Naruto had changed; his body, mind, and technique had gotten to the point of mastery that no genin should have.
Physically, Naruto had a swimmer body with compacted muscles from his training with Hiruzen over the years. His mind was still childish but he was more calculated and would be ready to kill if needed to. Now, what Naruto had the most was technique, fighting, jutsu, and even training techniques. He had it all.
One and a half years into the training, hiruzen realized that Naruto was able to copy the jutsu and fighting styles of other people. He could even make them stronger. Why did it take so long for Hiruzen to realize? Well, it was because Naruto's body was not strong enough to copy them before that time. What Hiruzen and Naruto didn't know is that Naruto could copy the Physical body of an opponent.
But that wouldn't be any time soon

Naruto's name was called, and so he began to walk to the examination room, but before he made it through the door, he heard Hinata whisper, "Good luck, Naruto," shyly. Naruto turned around in a thumbs-up pose and said in an enthusiastic voice "You know ima pass no lucked need"
And proceed to walk into the room. Hinata turned red, passing out, feeling happy that she could talk to Naruto.
Naruto was in front of the instructors
Mizuki and Iruka waiting for them to give the test. Iruka looked at Naruto with a proud look feeling proud of how far he had come over the three years in the academy.
The test then began with Naruto flawlessly completing the first two tests. "Now, for the last test for you to complete before becoming a genin, give us three clones," Iruka said. He was worried about Naruto not ever seeing Naruto performing the clones, but he and Mizuki got a great surprise when Naruto not only gave them three clones, but they were solid.
"Shadow clones!" Iruka and Mizuki said in shook. Iruka snapped out of it and gave Naruto the headband, but Mizuki was still mad, thinking angrily, " How did that demon brat learn the shadow clone jutsu?".
Naruto, before leaving the room, looked at Mizuki, feeling that something was suspicious about him.
