Qiao Zhaoyue was startled. "What Ruoyan? Are you referring to... Song Ruoyan?"
Fu Yuxiu snorted coldly. "Besides her, who else would be worth such an effort for you to harm her?"
"I didn't," Qiao Zhaoyue denied emphatically, guiltily avoiding Fu Yuxiu's sharp gaze. "Song Ruoyan's hospitalization has nothing to do with me."
She paused, then added, "Of course, I've never hurt her."
Fu Yuxiu's eyebrows knitted together. "Never hurt her? Hah, if it wasn't for you, how could Ruoyan possibly have been bullied?"
Qiao Zhaoyue felt utterly baffled. "Framed? I framed Song Ruoyan? What reason would I have to do that? Why would I frame Song Ruoyan?"
Fu Yuxiu stared at her for a few seconds, seemingly trying to gauge the truth from the changes in her expression.
Seeing this, Qiao Zhaoyue became even more composed.
"I haven't even seen Su Ruoyan today; why would I frame her? Just because you say so, I should take responsibility?"
