The stars in the night sky were scarce.
The couple snacked and chatted leisurely, and the sound of a car engine came from below. Lai Zhiyun looked down and saw Zhou Shi's car parked in the empty yard.
The car door opened, revealing a leg in high heels.
Lai Zhiyun's eyes immediately shone bright, jumped down from the hanging chair, cupped her eyes with her hands, and peeked through the cracks in the railing.
"Come see, my sister is getting out of my brother-in-law's car."
Lai Zhiyun whispered, waving her right hand to beckon Zhou Liao to join her in the nosy spectacle.
"Don't look."
Zhou Liao got up from a squat, took two long steps, reached out from behind Zhiyun, and covered her mouth.
Lai Zhiyun: "..."
If you don't want to look, then don't, but why cover her mouth?
"Let's go inside."
Zhou Liao, still covering Zhiyun's mouth, pulled her up and quickly ushered her inside the house.
"Have my brother and my sister made progress in their relationship?"
