The slightly ajar door was pushed open, and several executives scurried out.
Wei Bei, carrying documents for Li Mohan to sign, nearly got knocked over by them.
"Are you guys rushing off to be reincarnated?" He glanced over at the high-level managers with pale faces, teasing.
One of them spoke with a wry smile, "The planning proposal has been rejected by the boss again. Looks like we're working late tonight."
"Assistant Wei, the boss has been in a bad mood since yesterday. Could it be he's heartbroken?" Another one whispered, gossiping.
Wei Bei cast a glance at the executives still in the mood for gossip, "All I know is that if you don't finish the planning proposal today, the boss's mood is only going to get worse tomorrow."
With that, everyone dashed towards the elevator.
So much for poise and dignity—it can go to hell.
Keeping one's job is more important.
