"No," Yao Qing's body was tense, "I just think you're crazy for coming here to argue with me in the middle of the night."
And to come argue with her in those clothes, she really thought he had lost his mind.
Yu Yanshen seemingly chuckled softly, though no sound came out.
Yao Qing, too, only realized he seemed to have laughed because she felt a subtle tremor against her chest as she was close to him.
He continued to speak, his voice lacking much of the earlier anger and hostility.
"Would I come to your place in the middle of the night to argue with you if I wasn't worried about you and cared for you?"
