Blake, Captain America, Tony, Natasha, Hawkeye, Banner, and even Thor, who was out on a date with Jane, were all brought back by Blake.
Of course, Falcon and Coulson, who had already retrieved their gear, weren't missing either.
Just as the eight of them had just gathered and Captain America was about to speak, Coulson received a call from Nick Fury.
"Nick was attacked, injured, and is now hiding in a secret safe house in Washington."
"Coulson, have him send over the address, and it'd be best if he sends a few photos of the room too!" Blake said to Coulson.
Without these, he wouldn't be able to accurately open a portal.
After Coulson made another call, Nick Fury quickly sent over the address and photos of both the inside and outside of the house.
Blake opened a portal and brought him over.
Without his usual combat pants, boots, and trench coat, Nick Fury, wearing jeans and a hoodie, looked a bit more approachable.
However, his left arm appeared weak, suggesting a serious injury.
"Nick!" Natasha, Hawkeye, and Coulson, who were closest to Nick Fury, quickly went up to support him.
"Left arm fracture, nothing too serious! I'll go get a splint and bandages!"
The group quickly bandaged Nick Fury's wound.
Only then did Nick Fury pull out a USB drive.
"This is the satellite launch document from the Lemuria, which was sent to me the day before Captain and Hawkeye were attacked. I tried to open it in my office, but I was told I didn't have the required permissions. Then, I found that S.H.I.E.L.D.'s system had sealed the documents, and the authorizing officer was... me. Ha ha!"
Nick Fury chuckled bitterly.
It was ironic that the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., an intelligence agency, didn't even know that his own system's authorization had been changed.
"I realized something big was wrong, so I immediately went to the World Security Council to find Pierce. I asked him to delay the Insight Program, and he agreed. Then, I was attacked."
"What is the Insight Program?" Captain America asked the key question.
"The Insight Program is..." Nick Fury took a deep breath and explained the entire plan.
This plan, known only to Blake and Nick Fury, was a complete mystery to everyone else present, including Coulson.
As Nick Fury explained it piece by piece, everyone was left shocked.
The plan involved launching satellites into the sky to lock onto individuals around the world, using their past actions and all available data to determine whether they posed a threat to the world.
If they did...
"Boom!"
Three sky mother ships in suborbital space would fire directly from over 35,000 meters above, targeting the individual.
"Is this what you call protection? Putting a gun over everyone's head across the world?"
Not just Captain America, everyone felt both angry and incredulous about this.
Especially Tony.
"I even provided technical support for the upgrade of your sky mother ships' engines. If this plan succeeds? My God, I swear, Fury, if you weren't injured right now, I'd punch you right on the nose."

"+What the hell!" Thor raised his hammer, ready to react.
"You've gone too far. The original intention of the Insight Program was to ensure the safety of the world, to eliminate threats in the cradle before they could grow. Who would have thought that there would be an undercover agent in S.H.I.E.L.D.!"
Nick Fury blushed, and defended himself stubbornly.
"You don't know there is one, and you don't know if there isn't. Even if this plan were to run exactly as you imagined—eliminating threats before they grow, leading to world peace—then what?" Blake asked sharply.
"The next person in control, or those politicians, are you sure they won't modify the program because of their own selfish desires, or directly control the three sky mother ships to do things that benefit their own interests? Or are you certain that these three sky mother ships won't be taken over by terrorists one day in the future?"
"Exactly, the Insight Program must be terminated. At this point, it seems that S.H.I.E.L.D. is not just infiltrated by a few undercover agents. Judging from the fact that you were attacked as soon as you left, it's likely that even Pierce, who sits at the top of the world's safest building, is part of Hydra."
"Hydra must be eradicated, but there is no need for S.H.I.E.L.D. to exist anymore. This time, we will solve all the problems at once!"
Captain America stood up and slammed his hand down firmly.
"Hey! S.H.I.E.L.D. is not the same as Hydra. We were just infiltrated!"
Nick Fury looked at Blake and Tony, but seeing no support from them, he turned to Thor, who thought for a moment and then shook his head. Fury then looked at Natasha, Hawkeye, and his old subordinates.
Even Coulson firmly shook his head.
"Captain's right, Director!"
"It seems that I no longer have a say in this matter!" Nick Fury said, resigned.
"Trust me, Nick, you never had the final say!" Blake clapped Nick Fury on the shoulder.

Meanwhile, in Alexander Pierce's office.
The news had already reached here: the museum had been forcibly breached, and Captain America and Hawkeye had been taken.
The Avengers—this was a big problem. The only question was how much they knew at this point.
Alexander Pierce was considering ways to quickly restart the Insight Program.
Brock Rumlow knocked and entered.
"Our Winter Soldier couldn't find Nick Fury's whereabouts. Our intel is never wrong. He must have been rescued by someone, in some miraculous way!"
Brock Rumlow gestured in the air, making it clear that Blake was the one behind it.
"Dammit! Nick Fury decrypted the satellite launch files in the system, then came to me asking to delay the Insight Program. He must have discovered something. No, the Insight Program must proceed. I'll summon all the committee members. Even if I have to use force, I'll get them to authorize it immediately. Pick a few teams and have Winter Soldier lead them. They'll raid the sky base and buy us some time."
Thinking of Blake made Alexander Pierce's head ache, especially after the Senate incident. That elusive ability was almost impossible to deal with. However, after their analysis, they believed that Blake's power must have significant limitations. He couldn't simply ignore distance or use it endlessly.
To them, this was likely a form of near-range space manipulation technology. If it could be used indefinitely, then during the Wakanda battle, they could have sent a nuclear bomb there from the start, and it wouldn't have been so difficult.
