These are the names of all the known cultivation realms and their corresponding lifespan. They will be updated as the story progresses.

Mortal Realms(Lower Realm Universe/Mortal World)-

1. Body Forging Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - Mortal

This is the beginning of Immortal Cultivation, where one trains rigorously to prepare their body for Spirit Qi absorption. One uses Spirit Qi in their surroundings to temper their body to the utmost limit of mortals, their strength increasing drastically with each minor realm breakthrough. They can crush rocks and dent the earth easily.

2. Meridian Connecting Realm

First to Ninth Stage

(Approx) Lifespan - 100 Years

There are 9 meridians in the body of any and all creatures in existence, which correspond to the 9 stages of the Meridian Connecting Realm. By infusing a strand of Spirit Qi into their first meridian, one enters the Meridian Connecting Realm, and by filling up that meridian with Spirit Qi, one progresses through it. When the meridian is completely filled with Spirit Qi, one moves on to infuse a strand of Spirit Qi into the next meridian, slowly progressing through the Meridian Connecting Realm. These cultivators can use the pure form of Spirit Qi to achieve many feats, such as flying on a treasure sword by surrounding it with Spirit Qi etcetera.
