Jin Mo's POV:
"First, sit in a lotus position. This is the most optimal position for any types of cultivation."
I quickly sat in a lotus position and listened for further instructions.
"Then, the most important part is the perception through meditation. This helps you immerse in yourself and discover the hidden energy in you. Start by closing your eyes, emptying your mind, and perceive yourself from the inside. If you discover glowing particles inside, that is your spiritual energy. Gather that in your Soul Palace. This step is the first stage in spiritual energy cultivation called the energy gathering stage."
I followed through President Sunny's instructions. I calmed my mind thought of nothing and isolated my senses. Then I can no longer anything.
I opened my eyes and I was in an extremely vast expanse of space. This must be inside me! I also noticed that I'm in a soul form. I explored the space to find the glowing particles. As if on cue, countless amounts of glowing particles appeared around me, and many of them collide with each other and disappear, I may not be an expert on this but I can say, that's not good.
I remembered the next step of the process, to transport these into my Soul Palace. If I remember correctly, the Soul Palace is in the Glabella.
I don't know where I am but since I know the general direction, I swam upwards. But I discovered something wrong, the spiritual energy is not following me up!
I thought of what I need to do. I tried gesturing but it didn't work, then I touched some of glowing particles and they stuck to me like glue. I repeated this process until I became covered with spiritual energy! Then I slowly swam upwards, to my Soul Palace!
