After exiting the second round, I decided to take a break. I had just died in some pretty brutal ways, and my heart was racing, leaving me feeling a bit dizzy. I was supposed to relax and enjoy some games, not push my mind to its limits.
But honestly… in the twenty minutes or so that I spent in this game, I feel like I gained much more than I usually do from the evening sessions against the training dummies. Is it because I was fighting to the death in the game? Speaking of which, Bruce made sure that I never bled during training to avoid triggering the mutation.
Even after we learned that my beast form could resist the effect for now, he remained extremely cautious. I went to the settings bar in the game and saved the full recordings of my fights. I'll show them to Bruce later for advice.
