As Zavala gets ready to finish the raid, he meets Ikora on the way. With confusion on his face, he asked: "Ikora what are you doing here, what about the reports?".
Hearing that, Ikora with a serious face said: "I'm coming with you, and don't even think about telling me I can't". She whispers in a low tone not heard by Zavala saying: "I got to make sure she's ok"
Hearing what she said, Zavala knows he won't be able to change her mind, as they have been partners for many years. Smiling he said: "Ok, but don't tell Cayde".
Happily, she says ok, but just after Cayde appears saying: "don't tell me what". With a mischievous grin.
Seeing that he heard the conversation, Zavala said: "Stop playing I know you heard and fine you can come". Hearing that Cayde said: "Whattt, I did not…. Fine, let's go and rescue our disciples". Wiping out his signature weapon and disappearing into his ship.
Zavala holds his head, look towards Ikora saying: "What are we going to do".
Ikora says: "Don't worry Ima keep Cayde in check, and pulse when it was the last time we've been on a mission together. It's just like the old days."
Hearing this Zavala said: "You're right, now let's go". Disappearing into light followed by the sound of engines revving.
Seeing this Ikora said: "Men, they never change". With a smile on her face disappearing and following them to the moon along with the rest of the guardians.
Back to the battle, we can see space repairing itself and time resuming. As the dust settles, there's a humongous gap on the left side of the castle, it looked like someone took a huge bite out of it. The area is non habitual due to the area filled with the clashing of light and darkness.
Being the first to recover Tigra looks around in shock at effects of the Oversoul, realizing that if they didn't put all their efforts to stop or lessen the effects they would've died.
Even with them being able to resurrect they would've been greatly weekend as resurrecting takes almost all of light from the surroundings and person, weekend their abilities greatly.
Scurrying to find Crota, she found him sitting on his throne, wondering how, but noticing that he's recovering with the shield no were in sight, she weakly lifts up her gun preparing to finish the fight.
Crota feeling threatened is observed to find the threat, but upon seeing the guardians. He looked at her in shock saying: "HOW!!, how could you survive my oversoul, it should've killed you".
Tigra, hearing this, smirked saying: "We're Guardians, The Immortal warriors". After saying that she shoots at the head of Crota ending him however before he died, he said a few words: "YOU THINK THIS IS THE END, ONCE MY FATHER HEARS THIS, YOU'LL…"
But before he could finish, she shoots him again and throws a grenade, Saying: "Ya ya ya, father this, father that. We'll be ready by the time he comes". Finally ending the battle and with that she fell to the ground, laughing.
As the others start to awake, they hear her laughter, Dante, still staying vigilante, says: "Where's Crota, did we get him". Trying to get up, falling.
Looking at him, Tigra continues laughing as he keeps trying to get up but fails. Irritated Dante says: "STOP LAUGHING, where's Crota".
Not laughing anymore, Tigra lays on Artemis as she's sitting down due to her legs and arms being greatly weaken, especially her arms so she can't even push Tigra off her.
Tigra after getting comfortable says: "Calm down, I finish him as you guys were getting your beauty sleep". With a smile on her face.
Finally coming down and not trying to stand anymore after many failed attempts asked: "Did he have any last dying words?".
Tigra: "Yea, saying that once his father hears of his death, blah blah blah, My father will Blah blah blah". "Mostly about saying that his father will avenge him".
Nodding at her words Dante asks: "Virgil did you record our fight and search for any info on Oryx the Taken King".
Appearing Virgil said: *Yes, I did, it was an amazing fight, and did you know that space teared around the oversoul and time froze, and about Oryx right aways sir*. Disappearing after saying what she needed to say.
