Within a recently developed club building in the centre of Antioch, a new group of people call themselves the 'Qui didicit.' Meaning 'The Learned Ones.' They are a culmination of multiple groups previously discussed in local areas. They are a popular group; About 89,400 people have wholly joined. With many more on the way, they use the knowledge provided through all reliable sources and wish for the total scientific development of their infrastructure and QOL. All look to the future with hope thanks to the being they see in front of them.
"Again, I am not a person that is so high and mighty above you all! I am talking to you chattily to help you to see yourselves as my equal, if anyone else was in my situation they would do the same." Aluuin has had enough, everyone who talks to him defers to him with so much fanaticism that it has gotten exhausting to even communicate with others directly. As they usually do a form of extreme courtesy bias towards him.
"But we cannot, all of this knowledge you provided us has shown us how infer-" James Milton Smith was cut off by Aluuin. "Stop. You have atoned for many of the situations you had caused in the past, even when I do my best to help you reduce your submissive behaviour you still redevelop it anyway. You need to help yourself to gain a greater amount of self-importance and trust in yourself. As while you were once part of the slavers, you now see equality in all life. Don't you?" Aluuin asks rhetorically, knowing he is right.
All in front of Aluuin appear to have an internal conflict, ". . . Fine, we will do our best to curb our beliefs. Though such a belief is so contradictory to what we've ever known." A person in the background says, with others murmuring silently in agreement. "I hear your conversations, but let us focus on something more productive. Would that at least help ease your tension?" Aluuin asks as they enjoy solving tasks that were given by him.
"Of course, tell us what you need, Foreman Rourke." While still too respectful, it was said in a less revering tone by a nearby Site Planner, "I wish to create a new development area that incorporates furniture and structural parts that can be used by creatures easily in an intuitive manner, I want it done by 6 months from now. Would that be fine?" Aluuin asks gently, others who hear this wonder what this plan would possibly be; Aluuin sends over the information in packets to their minds in about 4 minutes. Others soon become surprised in seconds.
"Of course, but you wish to make animals SAPIENT?! This is something I would've never guessed. Horses, Corvids, the Thick-Billed Parrot and Carolina Parakeet, given consciousness through the way you made us more intelligent. There is never a moment of calm with you, is there?" The Site Planner says in a partially astonished, yet admiring gaze. "If creatures who require minimal change to become like us were not given such a chance.
Then we would not know what possibilities could be done through this process. They could give us insights into what truly could be done for society. As they are living creatures as any other. This could also give them the chance to become greater than they ever could; To contribute to the world. When otherwise they would not even be able to understand how to plan for the future other than how to survive and procreate." Aluuin says wholeheartedly, knowing that such beings were never given the chance to flourish.
"And we must be fully transparent with them on what they were before being enlightened. How we have treated them and what they wish to do for the future, they must be given equal opportunities to others and how they wish to communicate; Not just their minds, but their vocal cords will be changed too. For full symbiosis." Aluuin's talks on how to develop their bodies were developed well enough that 3 creatures can be done every 19 minutes or so.
It's a useful investment that counts in itself as an influence generator for Aluuin's power to grow. He'd noticed that the more he'd provided to their intelligence or 'consciousness.' More total development is created in a logarithmic fashion. This means that a person who had an IQ of 100 before got upgraded to 150, then it would be x1.25. And it continues to an unknowable number. Thanks to the amount of intelligence he'd increased as 'rewards' to those who contributed, it had given him MONSTROUS amounts of influence.
His strength appears to have plateaued however, it has reached the physical limit of strength capable of being produced without external interference or without changing major structures in his body that leads to him appearing inhuman. Influencing 4.3 Million people, with 512 of them also being upgraded means his final strength is close to 35.8 Metric Tonnes (78.93(x1000) lbs.) Sadly, it is unusable in most cases due to the laws of physics.
'If I truly change my body to something more 'efficient,' yet grotesque. . . It could potentially lead to me gaining about 133.5 Metric Tonnes (294.32(x1000) lbs) of strength. I do not need that much, as I can soon develop weapons that would nullify such a need. While Surtr and Ymir were powerful, they were temporarily nullified through Vinny's explosives, even though they soon healed after. Could they handle something as powerful as anti-matter weaponry?' Aluuin internally comments, forgetting to mute. Others hear his 'prophetic' ramblings.
"We heard about Surtr and Ymir, the creatures from Norse Mythology. Are there any others we need to worry about?" They ask perfunctorily, as while they could hear about the potential strength of such beasts they trust Aluuin to protect them. "Yes, nearby there is the Nadaco people and their leftover Nashoni mediums to communicate with the Spirits near Lawton, Red River. They are rather close and could be asked for cooperation."
Aluuin comments handily, "Most creatures you may know of exist in some capacity, from Fae/Druids/Skinwalkers who were simply humans that learned wild-shifting magic to transform into other creatures or plants or had psychosis. Dragons and Leviathans, which were ancient Machinery made by Atlantis for their world conquests thousands of years ago. To Undead creatures that were imagined due to our inherent fear of dying, were biological weaponry made by Atlantis or were existing, misunderstood illnesses in living hosts. Etc."
Aluuin's guesses were very plausible, as their breakthroughs thanks to the Heart of Atlantis allowed them to do unprecedented technological development, they only appeared more 'primitive' now because they stagnated and forgotten such knowledge through the Great Flood, they were close to 22nd Century Standards (beyond our technology) during their height. This development is similar to Rome's destruction during the Bronze Age collapse.
'Maybe I can find a few ancient satellites in low orbit that are derelict at this point, or maybe they're as self-sufficient as the Leviathan? That would be fun to uncover.' Aluuin internally jokes to himself, like all the other times he does to destress. The people nearest to him who are part of the newly created Institute of Technology understand what type of machinery it is from the examples provided in the knowledge by Aluuin, so they begin to discuss seriously whether it could be an ancient weapon platform or communications system.
"Heh, just because I think of a possibility, everybody takes it seriously. They just want to impress me. While I never wished to set expectations, I am very proud of all of them." Aluuin silently murmurs, and then there is pin-drop silence. Aluuin wonders why that is so he begins searching through tilting his head from side to side. He notices everybody in the vicinity staring at him, wide-eyed and slack-jawed. They find the sudden praise overwhelming.
There are a few that appear to be crying as well, almost like they rewatched the 'Slave Mental Play' from a few months prior. Except. . . It almost seems euphoric. Like Aluuin was the drug and his words were the content. Those that already finished their task went on their knees and prayed to God. Believing they did not deserve praise from one who was once only second below him - and that certainty was beyond steel-clad at this point. "The creatures that will soon be made intelligent will see the brightness of God soon,
for the light made by Aluuin will guide them to Him. . . Qui caeci iam videbunt, Amen." Prioress Catalina says a quick, unknown prayer. With others soon saying Amen in chorus, Aluuin finds it awkward to act to this role, but he then does a leading pose where he places his hands together, then releases them to bring his right hand up and his left hand to his chest, he manually turns on his bioluminescence within his hands and eyes.
'It makes the edges of my eyes sting where the features meet, but at least it plays well to my persona.' Aluuin internally reasons to himself, this time muted. His expression is one of near-perfect craftsmanship, showing an expression of love, understanding and hope for those in front of him. Aluuin also made it so those who were looking directly at him while praying also saw a halo behind him through slight mental suggestions. However, an unexpected event occurs. A person in the background takes out a camera, which is spotted too late.
Aluuin's biotechnological integration plans that he had wished for luckily came into play. The camera (which was modelled after a Canon EOS R5, thanks to Aluuin's suggestions) that took a picture had its input slightly altered for a photo-view representation, the image showed the halo and even a slightly transparent form of 'wings' behind him. While not as majestic as the mental suggestion, the picture still showed Aluuin's perception of others.
It was an image that appeared closer to a painting than a photo, so unrealistic. Yet capturing enough essence to make it believable, others would instead believe it was a fake if not for it being easily mass-producible and with there being evidence right in front of them. 'This image will be perfect for the news to report on, I will ask permission from Aluuin first though.' The photographer questioned, 'You may.' Aluuin agrees immediately, as he saw the image himself, and he is quite happy with how it turned out.
'Other suggestions I could do in this process could be 'separated beings' like visual angels or beings made of 'pure light.' As a representation of the divine. Nothing too outlandish such as a direct representation of God, but it would be good to play into the thought that I am reliable within Heaven's Ranks, hopefully, if he is real he is not too mad at me.' Aluuin internally struggles. -You may continue, the world shall know a lasting peace, at last.-
The easterly winds that pass by the hills sound like a cacophony of syllables, creating a harmonious sentence that was quiet, yet understood. Others may not have heard it but with his enhanced hearing. Aluuin sweat-dropped internally, 'I at least have permission, hopefully, if I do enough good with other beings such as him I could at least gain their favour. Maybe he is in the same friend group as Watcher? Please say hi to him if you can. I know you are busy so I won't disturb you any longer.' Aluuin says. -Of course, David the accountant.-
Aluuin stifles his chuckle successfully. 'Hardy-har. At least you don't seem like the type in Old Genesis?' -There was a rotation between many gods at that point, sadly there were catastrophic consequences I tried to eliminate with the help of others. However, I was limited in scope and had to follow restrictions. Otherwise, I could've reduced misnomers and more. Sorry, I must go now, for there are others I watch over. I can help you soon.-
'Have a nice timeless scenario. Wherever you may be. I will tell others of your true personality.' Aluuin comments, as he was feeling their contentment from their side and growing happiness from the plans he could read from Aluuin, even if he had been using His name continuously. For God understood it was sadly necessary for the limited scope of mortality. He was an overseer, while also a creator like many other Gods around him, they each had their own domain to cover between realities it takes 'time' to manage.
They all do their best. This internal conversation could not be heard by anyone, some felt the air fluctuations and could discern controlled patterns, but they didn't understand what those patterns were, some believed it was a weather change or even a part of Aluuin's influence, of course. Aluuin will talk about this with the most trusted soon about a situation where he directly communicated with them and how they are happy with what they're doing.
An angelic being that had descended upon the Earth, one of Fiery Vision and a calm posture, with beautiful proportions unseen by most just a year earlier. That overgrew into his prime, even through pain that was disguised to most (even to the readers previously.) That had shown what humanity could become, a view of sublimity. For the edits Aluuin has provided, both technological and biological aspects were perfected. Nothing can stop the expansion, for there is no need to, the people are happier by the day.
The city keeps on expanding through the area as needed, and can now hold close to 3.5 Million. The workers, in safe environments, are currently working efficiently for the Sapient Animal District, some humming a tune heard from Aluuin that tells their previous struggles and how they hope to see a better future. "♪ Cold, the air and water flowing. Hard, the land we call our home. Push, to keep the dark from coming. Feel, the weight of what we owe~ ♪"

In just the time he asked 5 hours ago, thanks to the great coordination between the mental communications of the workers and the 21st-century machinery that were created thanks to Aluuin's knowledge, it was already a quarter of the way done for 5 buildings, the largest being a central control area where a meeting-room between each of the future Animal Representatives would then meet for communication, there are areas for entry for both Land and Flying creatures, providing great ease of access.
The design of the structures appears to be a mixture of Victorian and Late-Century Modernist, a combination that creates developed contrast and good functionality. Similar to 'the Modern Victorian' house made by John Gioffre. And thanks to the materials used, it will likely last for multiple centuries with minimal repairs required. 'We may need to copy this process for Tbilisi, as there is an earthquake in 49 years.' Aluuin comments internally.
Others hear this and write a direct note for this, they also ask questions about other potential earthquakes or natural disasters that they can potentially prepare in advance. Aluuin then said that there is only one possible timeline known, as any form of influence along sea lines or terrain edits can cause greater influence over the weather than what most would expect. They understand this reasoning and will try to better prepare for all situations, with it already coming along splendidly, as their ingenuity/paranoia has played well.
Butterfly effects aside. 'Everyone, council meeting! I have a question to ask.' Aluuin asks everyone within the mental communications channel. He can feel their presence draw their attention to his voice. Some talk to others or to themselves, wondering what revolutionary shenanigans Aluuin will be up to this time. They never expected what he would say next, as it was so out of pocket that many just froze when they heard it. (As usual. :D)
'Much like the songs I gave to pass the time, I wonder if we could go a step beyond that? I could set a portion of myself to do nightly 'errands' in people's dreams. I could sing them songs or even teach them through their dreams while making sure they have a proper REM sleep cycle, as while they would still technically be conscious, I could control a portion of their neuronal stability to reduce aftereffects of no sleep! This could be useful for children too who others may want to grow up normally without memory implantation.' Aluuin explains.
'How much of your consciousness would it take?' Mother Ambrosina asks worryingly, 'None, for I will increase a portion of my intelligence to become partially autonomous, similar to a pseudo-consciousness that would be controlled by me, of course. There could be ways to solve this, such as separating a part of me that can have signals (wirelessly) nervelessly transmitted. Or I could have a separate brain grown somewhere in my body painlessly,
there are enough neurons in my stomach to match a Cat's brain, I could increase its numbers, streamline it, do adaptive cooling functions and separate functions for this purpose!' Aluuin says. 'Do the first example, a brain that develops a near-sapient consciousness near a stomach would not be happy. Even if it has no technical will through your setup.' Mother Ambrosina states, thinking of practicality and ethics. 'Understood, Aunty.' Aluuin comments, he feels a mental suggestion of a thumbs up.
'Don't know how she learnt that, however, I am happy that she is happy. Bye!' Aluuin shuts off communications and now is doing whatever work is necessary. With his strength and stamina, he is using a large steel bucket with worn-down handles similar to that of a digger to continuously transport materials between areas, with a counterbalance on his opposite side. It looks silly to him, and others say he doesn't need to, but he feels useless otherwise.
So much work was done thanks to him that a major area was flattened to less than a meter in difference, which is due to the Earth's Circumference. Either way, it is more than enough land to fit at minimum 35 Million people comfortably, a bit over the population of England in the 21st Century. There were also pictures taken of him during this process, which others chided for him not following decor as necessary. The workers chastised these remarks, saying it was a literal godsend to speeding up the time and that they were forever grateful.
Aluuin, even with the absolute efficiency of his body, still eats enough food for a minimum of 40 grown men daily. While the overabundance of food makes this a non-issue. He still feels like it is taking too much from the community. Even if others are happy to feed him, even sometimes giving him extra portions than necessary which he usually politely declines. Much to the temporary sadness of the people. Either way, it is coming awesomely.
