Episode 1:
(Scene: Muchiro Yamanaka, a 16-year-old boy, lives with his sister Karin Yamanaka)
Muchiro: (to his sister Karin) I'm going to school, take care of yourself!
Karin: (smiling) Take care of yourself too, Muchiro! Bye!
(Scene: Muchiro walks a few steps and meets his friend Yahiko)
Yahiko: Hey Muchiro!
(They both walk to school and sit on benches)
(Scene: A girl, Shizune, approaches Muchiro and says)
Shizune: Hey, this is my seat.
Yahiko: (defending Muchiro) But Muchiro got here first!
Muchiro: (smiling) It's okay, she can sit here.
(Scene: Teacher enters the class)
Teacher: Good morning, class. Only one month left until your final exams, so pay your fees before they start.
(Scene: Class is over, and the school bell rings. Muchiro stands up and walks home, seeing a group of people gathered)
Muchiro: (curious) What happened? Why are you all standing in a group?
Stranger 1: (serious) One of the supernatural humans killed a girl just because she asked for her money back.
(Scene: Muchiro reaches home, where he lives with his sister Karin, and she opens the door)
Karin: (smiling) Hey onii-chan, you're home! Where's my jam and bread?
Muchiro: (distracted) Huh? Wait a minute, Karin. Take my bag, I'll be back in a minute.
(Muchiro goes to the store, buys groceries, and comes back home. Karin is watching TV)
Muchiro: (cooking dinner in the kitchen) Dinner is ready, Karin! Let's eat!
(They both eat dinner)
Karin: (sighing) I don't want to go to school tomorrow.
Muchiro: (smiling) Huh, okay fine. But then no more leaves in this month. It's too late, go to sleep.
(Muchiro goes to sleep, ending the episode)
