Chen Yu was momentarily startled; he hadn't expected to encounter the Department Head of Internal Medicine here, much less for her to take an interest in him. After a brief consideration, he accepted Yamamoto Hisae's invitation.
Taking Chen Yu back to her office and inviting him to sit down, Yamamoto Hisae began, "Although having a surgeon at the University of Tokyo studying medicinal treatments for tumors is quite odd already, compared to a surgeon like Mr. Chen Yu coming up with a drug that can suppress cancer, that hardly seems surprising anymore.
