Wu Xiaoshan had just arrived at the village committee when Luo Ziyi stopped him before he could even see Xin Lei.
"Xiaoshan? Why do you have time to come to the village committee today?"
Wu Xiaoshan smiled and said, "I'm here to do some business with the village head."
"The village head is busy right now, whatever you have to discuss, you can tell me instead," Luo Ziyi said with a smile, glancing towards the direction of the village head's office.
So, Wu Xiaoshan repeated his plan to him.
After hearing it, Luo Ziyi furrowed his brows and said, "Your plan sounds good, but I don't think we need to go to Niutou Village; our villagers should be able to handle it."
Wu Xiaoshan was so startled he almost spat out blood, laughing in disbelief, "Uncle Luo, I'm not looking to dabble in trivial matters; if we are going to do this, it has to be large-scale farming. Even though there are people in our village who raise livestock, it's all on a small scale, it's not enough."
