After Chen Xi took out the herbal remedy that Chu Yang had given her, the mosquitoes that were buzzing around Qin Ke, Hua Shaofeng, and the others fled as if they had seen something terrifying, like birds startled by the twang of a bowstring.
Chen Xi, Qin Ke, Hua Shaofeng, and the others, upon witnessing such a strange phenomenon, were very surprised.
"Chen Xi, what is this thing you're holding? It's really magical, all the mosquitoes around me are gone," Qin Ke asked curiously as she looked at the herbal remedy in Chen Xi's hand.
Hua Shaofeng stared at the herbal remedy in Chen Xi's hands, his face gloomy: "Although I don't know how many herbs there are or how they are combined, I can be certain they have a very good mosquito-repellent effect."
Qin Ke immediately asked, "Chen Xi, who gave you these things?"
Chen Xi hesitated before saying, "It was Chu Yang who gave them to me."
