Chu Yang lit the candle he carried with him and dripped some wax onto the table. He then stood the candle up and stuck it on the table.
"There, now you can let go of my arm," Chu Yang said.
Liu Dan's cheeks were both hot and red, but the candlelight was weak and reddish, so the color of her face couldn't be seen.
"You jerk, why didn't you tell me your village has power outages!"
"I was really scared to death when the power went out just now," Liu Dan said huffily.
Chu Yang said indifferently, "Power outages are quite normal in mountain villages."
"But we never have power outages in the city."
"People always sleep with a night light on," Liu Dan said angrily.
"I don't have a night light here, only candles."
"And there's only one candle," Chu Yang added calmly.
Liu Dan stomped her feet in anger, "If I had known this, I wouldn't have stayed here."
"..." Chu Yang was somewhat at a loss for words.
