Chapter 32 - Suresa Year 216

Jade looked into the future, "We won't be arriving any time soon, so I'll take you back in time."

Suresa Year 216 (216 years after Zoe Suresa discovered the Butterfly Realm), The Palace of Suresa. 15 years ago.

The younger queen sat on her throne. She looked down at her oldest daughter.

"Mother…" the woman said. "I feel they are going to come out soon." She caressed her belly gently.

The queen looked at her and smiled, "I've asked Jade, she said it will be twins!"

"Now it's soon, I will approach her again for insights about their life."

"Thank you, mother," the woman said.

"Bella," the queen said. "It's the 26th generation now, how are we going to name our children after them?"

"No idea, mother," Bella Suresa said. "I think I will name them Aaron and Alex if they're brothers or Alice and Annie if they're sisters."

"Good names," the queen smiled. "I hope they're sisters."

"Mother!" Bella said. "We've been having only female children since the 1st generation! When are we going to break it?"

The queen remained silent for a while and said, "Jade said it's the cost of being the Overseer family."

"So Alice and Annie it is," Bella said sadly.

"Bella," the queen said. "You should rest."

Bella started to bow.

"No need," the queen stopped her. "Just get some rest and be prepared."

Bella Suresa nodded and left the room.

The queen rubbed her temples and stood up.

She wanted to see Jade.

Butterfly Realm.

The queen walked firmly with her back straight into the Butterfly Realm.

"Queen of Suresa, Caitlyn Suresa wish to see the Fate Monarch, Jade!" She kneeled and cried out.

"Rise," Jade's voice sounded out. "I believe you came to ask me about your grandchildren?"

"Yes," Caitlyn said. "Can you please give me insight on Alice and Annie's future?"

"Sure," Jade said. "Hmmm. Hmm?"

"They will go through a lot of turbulence…" Jade said. "The result would be happy for one, yet sad for the other. Both carry great talent and will be great influencers in Suresa history."

"Their paths are difficult and different. One will result in fruitful outcomes, but the other will fail."

"Sisters walk different paths, interesting."

"What do you mean?" Caitlyn asked.

"I'm not sure. That's all I can see?" Jade sounded surprised. "Someone is blocking their view of their future. Someone much stronger than I am. Perhaps a hidden godly figure…"

"Blocking your vision?" Caitlyn was shocked. She didn't know a single being in the world that could block Jade. "Could it be?"

"No," Jade said firmly. "I checked a few days ago."

Caitlyn nodded, "Thank you. I will leave now."

"Before you go," Jade said. "Just letting you know. I've decided to assign myself as the Natal Butterfly for one of them."

"What?" The queen became dumbfounded. "H-how. Why? You need to rule over the Butterfly Realm!"

"I have my concerns," Jade said.

"Ok, I will leave now." the queen bowed and left.

Jade sighed. She looked towards the direction of the other monarch.

The Shadow Monarch, Jinx, was once a ruling monarch with Jade. He was sealed by Jade a hundred years ago.

He was ambitious, cold, and heartless. He didn't fit with the Suresa concept. He was simply too evil.

Jade sighed again. Her heart grew cold.

She had lied. A few days ago, Jinx disappeared from the seal. Jade looked through the future; her vision was blocked.

Whoever was behind the scenes wasn't up to any good. Jade was sure of it.

She fluttered and glowed, binding herself to the more talented out of the two twins.

If Jinx is out, I can't stay here anymore. Jade thought

16 days later.

Annie and Alice were born a few days ago. After a few days, being the offspring of a line of Overseers, they could walk and speak already.

"Mama," Annie said. "When are we going to be taught?"

"Yah yah," Alice followed. "I want to be just like you guys!"

"Soon," Bella petted their head. "Just after you grow a little bit more."

"Go have fun in the garden," Bella looked at the sky. "It's really sunny and nice today."

"Okayyyyyy," the twins said.

Although they were twins, they were nothing alike. Annie was a bit shorter than Alice and a bit more chubby. Not that Annie was born chubby, Alice was just really skinny, making Annie look chubby when compared.

Annie had black hair and brown eyes that glittered under the sun, while Alice had brown hair and pure black eyes. One couldn't tell the difference between the iris and the pupil.

Bella watched them from the inside. She smiled at them playing around, chasing butterflies.

Then it all changed.

Jade couldn't react in time and she didn't see it coming.

A crack suddenly appeared in the air. It was like the world suddenly ripped apart.

It was like a black hole. Pure black and sucked in everything.

"Dimensional Turbulence," Jade thought and it was too late.

The turbulence swept both children away. They disappeared and the crack closed up as if nothing happened.

"Then you guys arrived here I assume," Jade said. "In separate families, but still grew up together as friends."

"Wow…" Annie said. "That's so…"

"Yeah," Jade said. "Enough storytelling, we are here. If I guessed right, Jinx is An's Natal Butterfly."
