For the chaotic citizens, their favorite pastime was to attend the Judgement Square and watch the live beheadings—a very refined and stylish hobby that both educated and relaxed the mind, embodying the idea of appealing to all social classes.
In order to promote the nationwide beheading project and propagate Avad's unique beheading culture, aside from massive advertising, the Chaotic Tourism Board had also promoted derivative cultural products. Citizens who came to watch the executions could buy a coil made from a criminal's hair for one or two Gold Coins or get a necklace made from a criminal's teeth if they spent ten.
