The popularity of this hospital was for a reason; every Magician had the weakness of a frail physical body: they could only hold one Magic Wand and cast only one spell at a time.
Thus, some Chaotic Councilor had a brilliant idea, just add a few more arms to the Magicians' bodies.
One arm holds the Magic Wand to cast spells, one arm wields a shield for defense, one arm shoots with a bow and arrow, and there are still two arms to spare, one for making international friendly gestures in mockery, and the other to hold tubes when idle.
