2: Players may freely use a city-wide announcement once per day, limited to the hours of 11:00 AM — 2:00 PM, and each announcement must not exceed 300 words. The announcement will be delivered to all citizens within the city's jurisdiction through voice, panels, and other methods.
3: Players can randomly change their appearance once per day, not only altering their body shape and accent entirely at random but also causing their names to vanish from the city's player rankings. In addition, players will be randomly assigned an identity whose rank on the leaderboards is completely random.
The targets for disguise in terms of appearance and speech are completely random and are not selected from within the city, so it's impossible to encounter someone exactly like oneself.
The disguise can last up to 1 hour.
