Lyle arrived at the independent room reserved for VIP guests. This area seemed to be originally meant for team gladiators to rest, with interior space slightly larger than the Necromancer Figure Club's laboratory. The pillars supporting the vast space were of black rock etched with red magic runes, at the seams where the pillars met the ground, cracks of black and red were revealed. These were probably part of Black Abyss Arena's central stabilizing barrier array, with the active runes proving it was still in operation.
Lyle thought of the intense battles that took place in this arena and found it difficult to imagine how an arena that could even withstand Mr. Raymond's attacks maintained its stability.
"Where does the immense magic power needed to maintain stability come from?"
"The answer is, from Hell," a female demon from the Demon Race approached from outside the room, accompanied by two solemn-faced Guards of Fear, attesting to the exceptional status of this demon.
