As the new Earl of Brittany, Antonio, upon returning to Strasbourg, was immediately called away by the court ceremony officials for training.
Charles and Anne, however, were surrounded by another group of people tasked with preparing their attire for attending the coronation ceremony.
The new Emperor of Fars, the first emperor of the Brittany Dynasty to be enthroned, placed great importance on the ceremony, with no room for the slightest error from top to bottom.
Charles did not even return to either of his residences, but instead moved directly into the Imperial Palace, just a few hundred steps away from where Anne was staying. They even managed to see each other every day, which was an ultimate honor.
