The God of Destiny was said to have a bit of a feud with the Goddess of Luck, and Durin, the darling of the Goddess of Luck, should have been on his radar by now, yet here he was, ostentatiously going against the heavens to change the children's fate.
Logically speaking, if not himself, at least his Divine Envoy should have shown up.
But the fact was, no one came at all.
There were even rumors that among the Forest Masters, there was a Divine Envoy of the God of Destiny, but now, within the Forest Masters, no one seemed to disapprove of Durin.
How odd.
But it was also good, since the God of Destiny wasn't dwelling on what Durin had done, the children's families were happy, and so was Durin.
