Durin sighed as he stepped off the train, looking at the dilapidated station in a place without a village in sight or a store behind.
Soldiers were getting off the train, while the big boys who followed Durin were curiously looking around at everything here.
Rovsky came over quickly, "Principal, you've finally arrived."
"What,s there a problem you and the literacy class can't solve?" Durin asked as he took off his gloves and signaled for the new recruits to follow the formation.
"There are quite a few nobles who want to introduce their daughters to us," Rovsky murmured beside Durin.
"I know about the literacy class, he has a girl he's fond of back at the farmstead. What about you, don't you have your eye on someone?" Durin smiled as he sized up the big fellow.
"Don't make fun of me. We don't stand a chance with them," Rovsky said, somewhat embarrassed.
