But why can we still see all sorts of embarrassing videos of American police?
With their capabilities, why are there still so many criminals in America?
Because America's "rice" is too nutritious, nurturing an endless stream of offenders!
No matter how fast you catch them, you can't keep up with the rate at which criminals breed!
If it were just about catching people, business as usual, there wouldn't be a problem; those American police officers would also be willing to arrest criminals.
But the American system is so wonderful that, in most cases, criminals can be bailed out as long as they have money.
Often, police catch a criminal, put them away, and two days later, they are out on bail!
