Dressed in her pajamas, Hexia quickly woke up after being struck by the cold breeze. She took a walk outside before finding a large rock to sit on. Tonight's moon was very full, and even at night, it was not pitch-dark; rather, it was quite "bright".
The cold white moonlight spread over the mountains and forests, and the girl in white pajamas sat alone on the rock, looking up at everything under the moonlight which was so clear and bright.
Resting her hands behind her, Hexia slowly closed her eyes, feeling the night wind blow over. Though it was a bit cold, due to Transcendents having a far superior constitution than Mortals, it didn't affect her too much.
She was feeling emotionally unstable, Hexia assessed herself.
Although she seemed to have left behind that timid and insecure self from the past, the transition wasn't yet hammered out and tested by fire, and some anxiety lingered persistently at the bottom of her heart.
