The Tianshou Public Cemetery on Wuyun Mountain is the only public cemetery in the entire Wuyun Mountain area, built alongside the mountain and near the water, featuring extremely good Feng Shui.
Thirty years ago, it was merely used for the local residents' burials; however, as the funeral industry flourished, many property speculators took notice of this place, driving the prices at Tianshou Public Cemetery on Wuyun Mountain higher and higher. Today, the price has been speculated up to 150,000 yuan per square meter.
Even so, the cemetery was still in short supply, as many wealthy elders hoped to be buried here after a hundred years, so they reserved plots in advance.
