Inside the family patriarch's home, Chu Dazhuang and Wu Ming were seated face to face in the living room. The dainty wife initially wanted to sit beside them, but seeing how serious and solemn Chu Dazhuang and Wu Ming looked, she thought better of it and turned to leave.
The two men sat opposite each other, their gazes locked.
"You answer what I ask," Chu Dazhuang said softly, and Wu Ming nodded in agreement.
"Alright, what was your father's temperament like?"
As Wu Ming heard this, his eyes flickered slightly. He looked up, glancing briefly at Chu Dazhuang with an expression that seemed reluctant to speak.
"Wu Ming, you need to talk to me, or else, I can't help you."
After Chu Dazhuang had finished speaking, Wu Ming nodded, seemingly putting down his guard completely because of Chu Dazhuang's words and began to speak softly.
"I rarely saw my dad around, from my childhood all the way up to now, I'd seldom see him."
