The seafood was all very fresh, and Qin Jiran prepared several kinds, some boiled and some grilled. Su Yanyi had a wonderful meal and felt exceptionally happy.
After dinner, Qin Jiran took Su Yanyi out through the back door of the restaurant in a somewhat secretive manner. Su Yanyi followed without objection, walking through a small garden without encountering anyone. After a little more than two minutes, they arrived at an entrance where a person who appeared to be a security guard was seated. Upon seeing the couple, he approached them and said, "Mr. Qin, Mrs. Qin, everything is ready. Please come in."
The title of 'Mrs. Qin' was a foreign one to Su Yanyi. She wondered whether it was her own strong presence or the fact that, previously, when their status had not been made public, the people who knew of their relationship were on her side. But in any case, this was the first time someone had addressed her as Mrs. Qin.
