Qin Jiran smiled but didn't immediately answer, thinking to himself, "It's not that he's jealous; he just wants Yanyi's gaze to forever be fixed on him alone!"
He found this intense possessiveness somewhat alien to him, yet somewhat uncontrollable—or rather, he didn't want to control it. The more he thought about wanting Yanyi's heart and eyes to be filled with only him, the more his heart fluttered!
Such feelings, however, were not something he could express. He didn't know if Yanyi would find it repulsive or dislike it.
"Just watch," he said, "after you finish looking at the one on the screen, then look at me."
"So weird."
The two of them stopped talking and focused on the movie. In fact, this was the first time Su Yanyi had watched a movie in which Qin Jiran starred with such seriousness. And watching the man on the screen who seemed somewhat different from the one in real life, Su Yanyi felt differently too.
