Lu Hanmo stepped out of the tent and saw the excited crowd gathered together, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"Deputy Squadron Leader! Look, everyone has returned."
"Deputy Squadron Leader, hello!" The crowd greeted Lu Hanmo one after another as they saw him.
Lu Hanmo nodded slightly, his voice grave, "Everyone, assemble!"
"Yes!" The crowd responded in unison, quickly forming ranks.
Lu Hanmo walked in front of the troops, his piercing gaze sweeping over them, "The mission is complete. Let's get ready, we're returning to the Guard District."
The troops looked at Lu Hanmo, puzzled, yet they still responded in unison, "Yes!" They hadn't found the monster yet, how could the mission be considered complete?
