Later, feeling it was too complicated, she simplified it to end up with a dark blue base cheongsam overlaid with sheer Moon Shadow Yarn, which at first glance seemed simple.
But upon closer inspection, there was more to it.
On the dark blue fabric, special threads outlined subtle, intertwined floral patterns that would reveal themselves unexpectedly as one moved.
"Miss Su, this... thread is hard to find," said an old tailor who specialized in custom clothing, shaking his head after hearing Su Yuqing's plans.
