Chapter 42: New Friends
Two beautiful girls approached and sat beside him. They were none other than Luna and Elise.

Loki was internally cursing himself. At first, He thought maybe the curse wasn't that bad, but now he regrets mentioning it.
He noticed that she also had a physique. Although curious about the physique, he refrained from inquiring as he didn't even know her nor did she know about him. They were strangers that had just met with each other.
Athena also noticed their presence and turned towards them. Elise had long black hair, violet eyes, a beautiful face, and a curvaceous body. Unlike Luna's body which was the seductive type, Elise had a more lean and athletic body obtained through intense training.
She sat beside Luna, observing the ongoing duel without any particular interest, unlike Luna, who scrutinized Loki closely.
She had already seen Athena and was shocked since Athena's beauty was even greater than hers. Athena emitted a peaceful, scholarly aura, unlike her charming and seductive aura. She felt very in tune with nature itself similar to Loki.

Elise, though not one to focus on beauty, found herself captivated by their auras.
Luna and Elise began engaging in conversation with Loki and Athena. The four introduced themselves and chatted for a while.
They had a friendly talk with each other, Luna inquired about their relations to which Athena replied as friends.
At the same time, Luna and Elise were making new friends. In the Arena, Mike and Leon's battle got more intense as time went on.
They started using their skills and clashed against each other multiple times.
Multiple wounds appeared across their bodies, and both of their skill levels seemed to be equal as neither of them was getting the upper hand.
It wasn't until evening that the match ended in a draw. Both of them were exhausted but persistent in not admitting defeat, so finally, It was declared a draw, and the battle ended.
Loki and Athena also got along quite well with Luna and Elise.
After the battle was over, they excused themselves and returned to their inn.
Luna and Elise similarly, met with Mike and Leon. They had a brief conversation before they returned to their hotel rooms.
Next day
Loki and Athena exited their inn and headed to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.
The sun had just risen, and the marketplace was still coming to life. They found an ordinary-looking restaurant.
As usual, Loki grumpily forced down his food while Athena savored it slowly. Loki often felt jealous of Athena, reminding himself that this was only temporary.
After breakfast, they approached a Mall. They had planned to go shopping before leaving the City.
On their way to the biggest Mall of the City, they encountered Luna and Elise.
Having met at the arena, they greeted each other warmly. Luna proposed they join them, and after some consideration, Loki agreed.
Loki pondered for a while before accepting her proposal. The four of them entered the grand mall and started their shopping session.
Athena was a quiet and introverted girl but under their persuasion, she also joined their conversation and happily converse with them.
Loki was feeling kinda bored hearing their girls talk but he couldn't just leave Athena alone.
They approached different shops including clothes and accessories shops. The girls were trying out various outfits and comparing them meanwhile Loki was just shulking at the counter.
He also wanted to praise Athena's beauty like the other girls but he couldn't even glance at her beauty.
Athena noticed his saddened face and decided to cheer him. They approached the boy's clothing shop and she purchased some cool clothes for him.
Luna and Elise also joined in and recommended some good clothes for Athena.
Though Loki couldn't see it, he was happy that Athena cared for him.
They continued their shopping till the evening.
The sun slowly set as they exited the mall and entered the nearby restaurant for dinner.
During dinner, They had an enjoyable conversation where Loki learned about the different customs and traditions of the Fox and Cat tribe.
He also learned that the Fox tribe's and Cat tribe's leader needed to be a woman.
Upon persistent requests from Luna, Loki shared his story. Though mostly fabricated, he narrated it perfectly, controlling his expression.
He was a good storyteller, captivating his audience with tales from novels he had read.
After dinner, Loki thanked the girls for joining them, and they all returned to their rooms.
"Luna, This guy was quite interesting. Although his story was mostly a lie, it was fun listening to nonetheless." Elise remarked with an intrigued expression.
"Yeah, He was the one who piqued my interest yesterday. He has the air of mystery surrounding him that I'd love to unravel someday." Luna replied with a smile.
"And that girl beside him was even more interesting. She had a beauty that even surpassed us and her aura was exceptionally pure and tuned with nature. It was like she had blended with the nature itself."
"Hmm…These two seem to be hiding quite a lot," she muttered glancing in their direction.
Both were curious but refrained from taking action, not wanting to damage their budding friendship.
Although they had just met, Luna had a feeling they would meet again in the future.
