Meanwhile, after Ivicka had discovered what she was looking for, a voice of a woman was heard. "Ivicka! I see that you still didn't learn anything from your past. Look at you, with no regard of the risk in being here in this memory in the first place.''
Immediately, Ivicka turned towards the voice by which she had heard. Suddenly, to her surprise, she recognized it was someone she knew, standing with a confident look towards her. Within that same brief moment, the memories of five-year-old Keagan paused, leaving Ivicka and the woman facing each other.
"Cassidy? How were you able to see me? I thought back at the abandoned lab you—'' said Ivicka in confusion while being interrupted by the woman response.
"I what? I didn't notice you? [*she chuckled briefly*] Oh please, it was all just part of my plan pretending I didn't see you. Anyway, I am sorry to tell you this, but I am not the Cassidy that you know of,'' replied the woman standing at the book shelf.
"What…? What do you mean by you're not Cassidy? You look very much like her,'' Ivicka inquired in concern.
"Hmm, well, that is true, but let me explain and help you understand what you're now experiencing. The original Cassidy that you've known of had cast a seal on his neck in the past, which is how I came to be. Furthermore, the fact of my presence here is to prevent this young man from remembering his past life. This to clarify that my purpose is to keep an eye out for mind invaders like you," the woman explained.
"So, wait a second, so you're here to block him from remembering who he was? Why? Why would Miss. Soviet do that?'' replied Ivicka.
"Blaming the person you look up to is quite disappointing, don't you think? But it is the right thing to do in preventing this world and Qiniel from potential chaos,'' responded the woman.
"Prevent? All you're doing is causing this child to be unaware of who he truly is. And not just that, you're also making assumption that he is a danger to both worlds, which to me, I believe him to be a innocent child. So that's why I'm here to help settle this misunderstanding,'' replied Ivicka.
"Haha! Ivicka, you know that you are one clueless hunter, right? Because what you're doing right now is dipping your nose into a pandora's box. Yes, I know you're here to find this man that caused chaos in the past of Qiniel; believe me, I know, but my advice is best that you leave it alone. Let this boy and his mother be; some memories are better to be forgotten,'' replied the woman in a calm expression.
"No, that's just stupid of you to think of me letting that man go free. He's dangerous, and he must be executed for what he had caused,'' responded Ivica with a serious look.
"So, you think I'm trying to change your mind to let this me go free? No, I was just advising you to let this situation go for your own good,'' stated the woman as she began to remove herself from the bookshelf that she was standing beside. Then she walked over towards the man who was hovering his magic in a ceasing state of the scene.
"And why so persistent in advising me to do that?'' Ivicka inquired, feeling concerned about the outcome.
"Well, to make it clear for you. Once I allow this young man, if I allow this man to remember his past life. You and whosoever that is with you right now are surely going to meet a horrendous death of experience. So, please take heed to my advice once more and make a contract for something you know, you and your comrade can handle without repercussion,'' replied the woman.
Ivicka, at that very moment became uncontrollably unease and took aback by what she had just heard. After being stunned for a moment, she replied in a trembled tone, ''So, let me get this straight...you're telling me that he's like this dangerous man here, right?''
The woman that is identical to Cassidy remained silent towards Ivicka's question, but after a few seconds, she answered, ''Yes, you're finally catching up, dear, but he's also far more deadlier.''
Ivicka started taking two steps back in disbelief and said to herself, ''Okay, I think I now know she's not joking on what she's telling me; I better get out of here alive.''
The woman, in the meantime, started staring and admiring Keagen's father's alluring and riveting magic, then noticed Ivicka at the corner of her eye, stepping backward in fear. Immediately, the woman turned around to face her.
"Oh, I am so happy that you've now noticed how blinded you were to not take this seriously, but unfortunately it is too late now to escape,'' said the woman, looking dead at Ivicka.
Ivicka, in panic, disregarded what the woman said to her, turned away from facing her, and ran while suddenly stumbling over her own feet in fear.
While she was running through the top-floor staircase landing. She took the stairs to head down, hoping for a safe place to create a loophole to escape Keagen's memory.
Within that moment of her reaching to the end of the stairs, she saw Keagen in front of her, standing in disappointment, as if he was expecting her.
"And here I am thinking you're just recovering my memories alone. Damn it, I should have known that there is a catch to this. You may have recovered my memory, but also you're in it as well. Tell me, why is that, Miss?" Keagen inquired.
"Keagen, it is not what you think; I am trying to help you to settle this misunderstanding with my fellow comrade," said Ivicka , raising her right hand towards him, indicating that she's not gonna harm him.
Keagen remained silent for a time before responding in a menacing tone, "No, you're not here to help me; I've noticed your pulse beating heavily. I see that you're here to collect what you've found out and get rid of me."
Immediately, Keagen reveals his fang and rushes towards her upstairs, causing her to have a fright of her life.
At that very same moment of Keagen rushing to attack her, she quickly closed her eyes and found herself on the floor, realizing that she had escaped Keagen's memory alive.
"Wow, she have finally made it out! I almost thought she was stuck in there,'' said Dugeziel.
"I was thinking the same thing too, worried we might have to pull her out of it with a spell. Anyway, Ivicka, what have you discovered about this young man here and his past?'' Akviad questioned as he walked over towards her and kneeled down where she was sitting on the floor.
Ivicka remained silent and, in total panic, dissociated from what Akviad had just asked of her.
"Ivicka! Snap back to reality!'' Exclaimed Akviad, bringing her attention.
Immediately, Ivicka snap back into her surrounding, looking towards her boss.
"Huh, I'm sorry, I didn't hear what you just said to me awhile ago,'' replied Ivicka in confusion.
"I said, what happened in there? What did you saw that made you behave so shocked?'' Akviad questioned in concern.
''I am wondering the same thing too, boss. She looks like she saw something seriously terrible,'' said Dugeziel, standing behind Akviad.
Akviad, which heard Dugeziel's speech, turned to look at him, then turned back his head to Ivicka.
"Ivicka, is it really that terrifying to make you this shocked?'' Akviad inquired.
Ivicka sitting on the floor still remained unresponsive. Akviad within that same moment started to shake her and exclaimed, ''Ivicka, please say something!"
Ivicka, at that moment, looked to where Keagen was sitting unconscious, then looked back at her boss and said, ''Kill him, kill him, before he wakes up.''
