Grace's POV
*The Next day*
I went back to the restaurant for my shift, I need more money to take care of Daisy needs and that means more work "why does my life have to be so unfair" I've been working my ass out and it looks like I haven't even gone anywhere, I was lost in thought when I felt someone hugging me "Hello my pretty lady" I know this voice *back to reality* "Oh hi Leo" feeling his hair with my hands he smiles "I can with Nick abd he has an offer for u" ohh that's odd, Nick walks towards me "Good day Miss Grace" he greets me "Hello Nick" I responded "can I talk to you in private " I nod "Leo go stay with my aunt we'll be back" I instructed him, he ran to Mrs Kate side and stay with her while nick ans i went to some private place to talk.
"I'll go straight to the point, my boss Leo's dad is out of the country for business purposes and he doesn't trust anyone to stay with his son buh recently Leo's being tell him about you so his offering you 10k$ to babysit Leo for a week" OMG 10k$ only for a week that like my 1 year salary I screamed to myself, i believe it's just a piece of cake "I accept his offer" Nick smiles And said "Thank you Miss Grace, you can start tomorrow" I nods then we walked back to the restaurant.
I served them our specialty before heading back to the kitchen to inform Abby about the offer she was so happy u would mistaken her for the person that was given the offer we hugged ourselves before going back to work.. finally my shift for today is done I headed home to take a rest before starting my new job tomorrow
*The next day*
I woke excited I don't know why I guess it's a good feeling, I went to the bathroom did my business and came out with a big smile I go dressed, are breakfast and booked a cab getting to the house i got a text from. Abby offering to o er my shift for me "I love this girl if it was possible I would marry her" I said to myself finally we got to the mansion and guys words can't describe how wonderful this mansion looks, I got lost looking at it "Ma'am please come in" a lady said to me bringing back to my senses I followed her inside and damnn!!! how can someone be this rich it screams luxury "please it while I go get young master" she said I nod before sitting down.
I heard a footsteps running down I looked up and there he is Leo, he ran towards me and hugs me very tight "You came... thank you" he murmures "awww my babyy" I smiled wildly "Welcome Miss Grace " Nick spoke up getting my attention "Thank You Nick" I responded "Let's go to my room I wanna show u my toy collections" Leo drags me upstairs to his room and i must say his dad truly loves and spoils him, they are a lot of toys, limited ones too "Wow they're amazing" i compliment hia toys collections "Thank You my pretty lady" he drags me to the garden and we spent the rest of the day there getting to know more about each other.
Times ran so far it was getting dark and I need to get going, Leo slept off while I was telling him a story, he looks so cute and handsome I wonder what his dad looks like "No no no his a married man, he has a kid don't think of a man u have never met before " I scold myself, I picked Leo up placing his head on my shoulder to balance his weight "This kid is heavy" I almost ran out of air while taking his to his room. I came out of the room and Nick almost gave me a heart attack "oh my lord, don't do that again please" I said hold my life chest breathing heavily "I'm sorry Miss Grace" Nick apologized I nods accepting his apology "I'll be heading home now, Leo slept of int he garden so I brought him to the room before heading home" I said "Alright, thank you for your time " I smiled and walked out of the house with my bag, books a cab and went home such a lovely day.
