Fang attacked first, his fists a blur of motion as he unleashed a barrage of rapid jabs at Hisoka. Each punch whistled through the air with deadly intent, but Hisoka effortlessly evaded them, his body swaying like a serpent.
"You're well-practiced with feints," Hisoka remarked, catching Fang's fists mid-punch with a casual clap of his hands.
Hisoka smiled demonicly "You have years of experience, but what will you do when I crush these little fists?"
Fang gritted his teeth, a sharp pain shooting up his arms as he fell to one knee under the pressure of Hisoka's grip. Hisoka loomed over him, a sinister grin curling his lips.
But Fang was ready. With a sudden smirk, he launched himself upward, narrowly missing Hisoka's chin with a powerful headbutt. He followed through with a double kick, driving his feet into Hisoka's stomach, channeling his aura into his legs for maximum impact.
Hisoka absorbed the blow, his expression never faltering. As Fang twisted in midair, aiming a heel kick from above, Hisoka yanked him closer, causing Fang's foot to crack against his shoulder.
The impact was jarring, and Hisoka finally released him, both fighters sliding back across the grass to create distance.
A tense silence filled the air, broken only by Hisoka's amused voice. "Impressive. You combined a kick from above with a knee strike. That should have shattered your wrists, elbows, and shoulders, but your body is well conditioned"
Fang, breathing heavily, chuckled through the pain. "But it didn't, did it? And I finally landed a hit. You may have blocked with your hand, but you weren't quick enough to protect it with Nen. I hope you aren't left-handed, or eating in prison might be a challenge when I'm through with you!"
With a gesture, Fang taunted Hisoka to come at him. "Fast enough for you?"
Hisoka moved in a blur, the ground exploding beneath his feet as he closed the distance in an instant. His fist connected with Fang's stomach with a thunderous *BOOM*, sending Fang crashing into the lone tree in the vicinity.
The impact was brutal, and Fang collapsed to his knees, his face pale as he coughed up a mouthful of blood.
'This bastard... I think he broke all the ribs on my left side, Fang thought, wincing as he struggled to stand.
'He never left my sight, but when he sped up like that, it felt like I was rooted to the ground.' He clutched his ribs, trying to catch his breath.
A thought flashed into Fang's mind and using Gyo he looked at his feet. "I didn't realize we were already using Nen abilities," Fang wheezed, forcing himself upright. "I guess I'll stop holding back, then."
Fang put his hand inside his pocket and pulled out a round ball, a size bigger than his small fist. He pressed a buton on it and a small conctruct popped out resembling a helikopter blades.
Fang threw it and Hisoka started running immediately behind the only tree in the near vicinity that he previously was resting underneath.
The ball's blades started to rotate at high speed and locked on Hisoka, flying after him. Soon Hisoka's Aura transformed, Bungee Gum covered him completely.
The ball with speed flew at Hisoka. Hisoka braced for impact and the ball exploded.
Unlike Hisoka expectations of a bomb, 3 thin steel chains flew at Hisoka's body. 2 at his torso and 1 at his legs, binding him successfully.
Thick transformed Aura was covering Hisoka body so no damage was dealt, but he was succesfully immobilised.
Hisoka's suprised face quickly returned to his calm self and he quickly used his aura to wiggle out of the thin chains, but his progress was slower than he thought.
Hisoka looked at Fang who suprised him by not moving and using this chance by attacking him
Fang smiled happily seeing his birthday gift from Togiri worked well. He took a deep breath.
A fierce, spiky aura erupted from Fang, swirling around him like a storm. Hisoka's eyes gleamed with excitement, his body shuddering with twisted pleasure as he was slowly freeing himself.
"You've mastered Nen to this degree at such a young age. Ah~" Hisoka moaned, his body writhing in ecstasy for facing such a formidable young opponent."I don't think I can hold back anymore." He groaned.
Fang calculated his chances, knowing he could fight at full power for only a few minutes before exhaustion set in. 'I can go all out for 7 or 8 minutes, but after that, I'll need to find a place to hide and pass out. I still haven't worked out all the details of my ability'
With a surge of will, Fang's aura flared, becoming spikier and rotating violently around him. Hisoka smirked, accelerating his Nen movement of shifting the chains down his feet.
Hisoka watched with a mix of admiration and disbelief. "This kid is fearless. Concentrating so much Nen with closed eyes in combat"he muttered, shaking his head.
Hisoka already removed one of the tree chains that were binding his feet and other 2 were slowly making their way down his heap, freeing his arms.
'Damn it. I didn't want to use this,' Fang thought, his mind racing. The distance between them shrank as Hisoka stood still, his murderous aura radiating off him like a wave.
The atmosphere changed. The wind stopped, and the air grew thick with tension. Hisoka's devilish smile dissapeared as he noticed the shift in Fang.
Fang's usual vibrant appearance faded. His fiery red hair and deep blue eyes dulled to a lifeless grey-white, and his expression turned hollow.
"I wanted to... use my birthday gift to... catch you..." Fang's voice was eerily different, as if something fundamental within him had shifted. His demeanor, his hair, his eyes—all of it lost its color, its vibrancy.
Fang's expression was blank as he looked at Hisoka, the black ball still clutched in his hand. ¤To get more time for this¤ Fang muttered, his voice sounding otherworldly, not quite human.
The ground trembled as Fang's aura flared once more, this time even more intense. Hisoka's smile returned, his excitement reaching a fever pitch. "I can't hold back anymore. I want to kill him!"
Fang's aura vanished. "..."
Silence. As if the everything in the world stood still. *Clap clap*
Fang clapped his hands together once and at the second time he kept them together. Fang said softly ¤10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3....2.....one¤
He slowly pulled his hands apart and a small ball of light appeared between his palms. The light shifted from white to yellow, darkening until it became a deep, ominous red.
The light slowly faded, revealing a small, dark red object in Fang's hand. ¤Finished¤ Fang whispered.
This long minute gave Hisoka enough time to free himself safely from the thin steel chains and he lunged forward, but Fang was ready.
He thrust the object toward Hisoka's face, but Hisoka leaped back, narrowly avoiding it.
¤You're the first person to ever witness my Nen ability¤, Fang declared with his voice hollow and lifeless energy ¤Normally, you would eat this, but not this time¤.
Fang presented the dark red object in his palm to Hisoka. It was a small chili pepper. Without hesitation, Fang ate it. "...."
Hisoka looked expectant at Fang but nothing happened.
¤Huh?¤ Fang's expression twisted in confusion. Then, without warning, his lifeless demeanor shattered.
"AAAARRRRGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Fang's pale face flushed red as if he broke out with rashes. His once dull gray- white hair and eyes ignited into a fierce, dark red, as though flames licked the edges of his irises. The demonic fury in his expression was unmistakable.
Hisoka's smirk faltered slightly, the first hint of fear creeping into his mind. For the second time in this short battle, the clown-faced warrior assumed a defensive stance, bracing himself for whatever monstrous force Fang had unleashed.
Fang's aura, now wild and untamed, roared around him like a beast set free from its cage. His voice, once husky, dry and without energy, was now drenched in bloodlust, a chilling growl that filled the air.
"IT'S BACK!" Fang bellowed, his voice echoing with a primal intensity. His body seemed to pulse with energy, every muscle straining with the urge to tear Hisoka apart.
Hisoka's playful demeanor vanished, replaced with a cold, calculating expression. He knew he was no longer dealing with the same opponent—this was something different, something more dangerous.
"So, the real fight begins," Hisoka muttered to himself, steeling his resolve. Fang's transformation had turned the battle into a deadly game of survival, and Hisoka wasn't about to lose.
The two fighters locked eyes, and in that moment, they both understood—only one of them would walk away from this fight.
