Chapter 73 - Chapter 73

[D-D-Double Chapter!]

"But what about you? What's your story? I have many questions for you!"

Bruce didn't want Diana to leave. This woman held too many secrets, and he couldn't rest easy without uncovering them.

"Sorry, but I don't have time to entertain a billionaire. The only thing I'll tell you is that some call me Wonder Woman."

Leaving these words behind, Diana leaped out of the mall, swiftly moving from rooftop to rooftop, disappearing from Bruce Wayne's sight in no time.

"What a terrifying woman. Could there be other super-powered beings in our universe?"

Bruce couldn't help but gasp. If that were true, he had a lot more work to do.

Just then, police sirens blared outside. Given the commotion, it was inevitable that the authorities would be drawn to the scene.

Bruce had no choice but to leave, making sure to find the Dark Wing first.

"Hey! Dark Wing, are you alright?"

He ran to where the Dark Wing had been flung, calling out.

A moment later, the Dark Wing's voice responded, slowly rising from below.

"Good, you're okay."

Bruce's relief was short-lived, as he noticed something unusual—the Dark Wing's body had swelled to twice its original size and appeared much taller.

"Could it be because it ate the Abominations' flesh?"

He remembered the Dark Wing consuming quite a bit of Abomination flesh during the fight. Could that have caused a mutation? Unfortunately, this wasn't the time for investigation. Thankfully, the Dark Wing still had its wits about it and quickly joined Bruce Wayne in the mirror world to leave the scene.

"Congratulations to Diana for successfully containing the Red Sea world's disc. Your reward is the Sword of Promised Victory."

The screen announced, and a long sword materialized in Diana's hand.

"What a sword!"

Diana, a master of weapons, instantly recognized the sword's exceptional quality, showing surprise.

"The Sword of Promised Victory was not forged by humans but created using the power of the planet and the collective faith of the people. It accompanied the legendary King Arthur in defeating countless evils and protecting the people."

"This sword can convert the wielder's strength into the power of light, enabling various light-based magic. Even simple light beams possess astonishing power."

After hearing the screen's explanation, Diana's curiosity about the sword deepened.

She had heard of the legendary King Arthur, but the sword's origins didn't match the stories. She was familiar with creating weapons through faith, as the Olympian gods relied on faith for power and to forge their weapons. However, the concept of planetary power was new to her.

"This is practically a divine weapon. I wonder what kind of power it holds."

Diana, curious, gave the sword a casual swing. She felt a bit of her strength being drawn out, and then the blade emitted a beam of light that shot into the night sky, seemingly splitting it in half.

Though it was late, Gotham's commotion had woken many, and the bizarre phenomenon caught many eyes.

"What was that! A meteor?"

"Doesn't look like it. Is it an alien invasion?"

"It must be Gotham's judgment day! The gods can't stand the crime here anymore!"

"No way, are we doomed?"

The strange event terrified the residents, who lived in constant fear of crime. Any unusual occurrence was a strain on their nerves, and this spectacle nearly broke them.

Many people knelt, praying to the sky, hoping to avoid judgment.

Seeing this, Diana felt a pang of regret; she had caused quite a stir.

Bruce Wayne: "Diana, was that you just now?"

Diana: "Sorry, I didn't realize the sword's power would be so immense."

Bruce Wayne: "That was reckless. You've frightened many people!"

Sanji: "Hey, sir, don't talk to a lady like that. No matter what a woman does wrong, a gentleman should always face it with magnanimity."

Bruce Wayne: "Huh?"

Sanji: "Especially a beautiful and heroic lady!"

If anyone could see Sanji, he'd be twisting his body, hearts pouring from him, looking particularly sickening.

Sanji: "I didn't expect Diana to be so beautiful and charming!"

Brook: "Yes! And she's dressed so sexily! I want to see her panties!"

Jiraiya: "What? A beautiful woman? Did I miss something?"

Tsunade: "Idiot! Focus on the task!"

Diana: "...It seems there are perverts in every world."

Tony Stark: "Hey, don't lump me in with them."

Natasha: "You think you have the right to say that, Mr. Playboy?"

Tony Stark: "My relationships are consensual, not perverted!"

Nami: "What's the difference? You're still disgusting!"

Tony Stark: "Ah, well, let's move on. Speaking of which, what's happening with the Red Sea disc in our world?"

Tony shifted the topic, not wanting to dwell on it. They quickly switched the screen to their universe.

They saw Thor had somehow entered the Red Sea world.

"Ice giants! You think you can escape here? Face the consequences for invading Asgard!"

Thor crushed an ice giant with his hammer, looking around and realizing he had accidentally entered the Red Sea world while pursuing them.

"Where is this? Is there such a place in Jotunheim?"

Loki, having had a chance to watch the screen while the others fought, knew about the Red Sea world.

"Is this a SCP? I saw on the screen that there's a Red Sea world."

"Ah, another dimension? Interesting. This place looks uninhabited. Maybe we should conquer it for Asgard, expand our territory like a true king."

Thor grinned mischievously.

"Roar! Roar!"

Just then, the Abominations' angry roars echoed.
