He left everything to her. Felix didn't know what Ada told his parents, but they were all smiles when he'd walked downstairs all dressed up at night to meet Ada outside their gate.
"You look cute," Ada complimented as he got into the car. "Such good taste in fashion."
"You were the one who chose this though."
"Exactly."
The ride started then, smooth and with music playing in the car.
"Can't wait to see Psalm perform live again," Ada said. "Though I don't know if we're early or late. He never gave us a specific time."
"As long as we get to see him."
"As long as you get to see him," Ada corrected. "And I guess that's fine."
"Where exactly did you tell my parents we're going to?" Felix asked. "No one questioned me or anything."
Ada grinned. "I told them about the new friends you've made and how we're having a little party. And that it might take a while."
